JK once admitted that he was cold to JM firstly because he was extremely shy, and I think secondly, because he was young when he started in BTS and didn’t know how to express himself or understand why he was feeling a certain way about another BOY. He finally came to grips with his feeligs as he matured a bit and came to realize just how much he really cared for JM. It has been an on-going love story ever since. Their chemistry, adoration for each other, their loving gazes, caresses, warm and tender voices with each other, their constant need to be close/near, the adorable way they compliment and praise the other, their undeniable knowledge of every aspect of the other’s interests/viewpoints/likes/dislikes, the way only they can get each other to giggle endlessly, all add up to a true and loving relationship. We all can envy that close bond. It isn’t an everyday thing. It’s beautiful, mutual and above all, they love each other dearly.

When it was before debuting then Jungkook was 12 or 13 years old. You can hardly call that having a girlfriend. That's more of a puppy love.

@@nicoleloss7987 Yes I saw where he talked about it once. This is what he said, that it was the girl’s idea. They texted, never went out on an actual date. The most they did was hold hands ONCE, never kissed. After a while he said, what was the point and she agreed, so they broke up. Hardly what you’d call a “relationship” of any substance or one that was in any way romantic. It was what all the other “kids” were doing but he decided it wasn’t anything that interested him.

Ah JIMIN. This little boy inspires me so much tenderness. I think he is too honest and noble. He is so affectionate with everyone. I wish him much happiness and that he can find the love of his life and whoever he chooses will be truly lucky. JIMIN you are special.💕

I'm an adult mum with kids at the same age as Jikook and i'm an Army for 1 1/2 years now. My daughter showed me some MV's of BTS and i got interested. I started from the beginning of their journey and worked my way trough.... I watched everything: american husstle life, bon voyage, run bts, in the soop, the V-lives etc. And watching these i noticed the dynamic between these two that is completely different than with the others and still is 'till this day. This is more than brotherly love and certainly no fan-service. And sure they answer the questions what type of girl they want to date and marry because of all their female fans, thats obvious, simple as that. But my opinion is that they both found their partner for life, in each other and yes when they can and are up to it, they give us hints. Sometimes small, sometimes big. But for the sake of themselves, the group, the company, the fans and the nation they're not going to tell it. And i have peace with that, it is what it is......But nevertheless ,the whole group should get a reward for protecting them, they do a fantastic job to my opinion. And i hope they'll stay together forever, not only Jikook but all the members ( with their future families) . That would be awesome! I feel that JK is now full aware of how much he hurt JM in those early years. I mean, sometimes I hurt just watching them. He now treats JM with respect and such tenderness and vows to himself to never hurt JM again. They both needed to mature and go through self discovery, grow into their true selves before the connection was complete. Really proud of them....their life is hectic and exhausting and in our faces all of the time. And they still show caring and understanding between them to us.😊

I think my favorite part of this is ur showing that their dynamic was really reciprocated! So much of the ‘narrative’ is the JK hated JM in the beginning & we can already see that that just wasn’t true!! If anything, all the disrespect & teasing that JK showed towards JM was a reflection of just how comfortable & secure he was w JM! I loved ur video! Thank you!! 💜😃

I love the metamorphosis from young teenagers not knowing where their emotions are taking them, to acknowledging their feelings and learning how to accept them, and express them. I can only imagine what they went through with their confusion, fears, struggles, etc...being in the spot light in South Korea where LGBTQ is not accepted! Jimin's answer is both beautiful and a little scary cause his feelings require the same response from the other side. I hope from all my heart it will continue to come true in the future as it is going on now.

Thank you for this video; it was very enlightening. Here are some of my observations: I’ve never seen them in their early days before they became superstars. It was interesting to see Jimin when he was younger; he was rather loud, goofy and unpolished, unlike today. One things that hasn’t changed about Jimin is his honesty. I watched an interview he did where he stated he doesn’t like to lie, he prefers to tell the truth. I see that now, he pauses before answering a reporter’s questions and chooses his words carefully instead of blurting out his answers. Also, what surprised me was his openness about his feelings for JK. In his answers, I thought he was making it clear that he was gay without actually coming out and saying so. If you’re having a bromance, you don’t say things like “holding hands and staring at the beach.” That’s what couples in love do. It was also endearing to see JK not know what to do with Jimin’s professing of love; so cute. When Jimin said “I’m all about Jungkook Love but you are not (sniffle),” I was floored. I thought to myself, good for you Jimin! In my mind, there’s no mistaking what he was saying. They were so young and innocent back then. I never would have guessed that Jimin started out as the pursuer sometimes putting JK on the spot. I can see why the group said Jimin was the most innocent. One of the changes that struck me was how they changed physically with JK becoming bigger, muscular and taller while Jimin stayed tiny and not as muscular as before but still with those killer abs. One of the things that bothered me was when the interviewer asked the boys to rate themselves on their looks alone; how crass! Why would you do something so hateful! They were just kids! All of the boys have grown into beautiful, talented, mature young men but my soft spot is for this sweet couple. Now though, it seems that JK has become the pursuer and Jimin seems a bit aloof. Im thinking thats when the cameras are rolling? They still seem to be as close as before but it seems they’re being more careful in front of the cameras. I wonder if Mr. Bang told them to cool it? I was amused when Jimin was asked to pretend flirt with a mannequin head and he failed. But oh my goodness, I don’t know where he learned it but he is a master flirt in my book and exudes sex appeal which I think sometimes gets JK all flustered as he should be. 😊 One thing that breaks my heart is when Jimin refers to himself as fat which is so not true! He has an exquisite dancer’s body with that long neck and long legs. And let’s not forget Jimin’s seductive eyes and luscious lips! I’ve read comments where men have said they are straight but Jimin makes them want to be gay, he has that much sex appeal! I think Jimin and JK balance each other well; where one is weak, the other is strong. I love them together and pray one day they can be open about their relationship. And I would love to see them do another pas de deux; JK’s brawniness coupled with Jimin’s delicate frame. If you have any more videos of their early days, I would love to see them. I'm an adult and a mom of 8 kids. I have seen 4 transition through adolescence into adulthood so far. It's a difficult process in the best of circumstances. I think people fail to realize that these boys had to make their way to adulthood in a situation that was far from ideal. At a time when they would be developing the skills they need to form interpersonal relationships, they were denied the natural environments to do so. Aside from staff, they pretty much had just each other to connect, interact and bond with. Family, friendship, and romantic relationships had to be found within the group. It's programmed within us to discover the traits and qualities we want in a partner and find that special someone. Even though they were cared for, I doubt that their environment allowed for much nurturing. Of course they would turn to one another to fill that need, be it familial, friendly, or romantic. Their happiness should ARMY's main concern. I any fan's love for them is contingent upon their sexual orientation, maybe they should find another fandom. True love is unconditional. I read somewhere, regarding Jimin and JK, that one fell fast, but the other fell deep. I feel that is an accurate statement and had a lot to do with age and emotional development. This was long, sorry! I love all of them. After all the joy they've given to millions, they deserve to feel as much of that joy themselves. Borahae

@FamoleeOf10 What you have described is exactly my analysis of how these boys developed into adulthood. They grew up in a different environment and therefore their interactions are not what you would call typical. I love these boys and really wish the best for them as they are giving us joy and inspiration. I pray for them every night and I offer a special prayer for JK and Jimin. Like you, I have always felt that they have a special bond that I don't see with the other members. Whatever kind of love that is, they will always have my support.

Im an army since 2014 and i focus in OT7 as a whole but im kinda aware of shipping world before but i just think its ridiculous and funny so i ignored it. I even call some shippers crazy and delusional for overanalyzing everything. And before, i thought jm is just teasing jk bcs you know boys will be always be boys, always messing and joking around or to each other. So when jm chased jk saying that he likes him, i just laughed bcs i thought its just a joke between them. When the gcf in tokyo drop, i thought the song referred to their friendship or brotherhood and they travel together bcs its their free time, so i didnt think deeply abt it. And honestly even if you're not a shipper if you watch orig content like run bts, bv etc. there are times that you'll notice something even if you just simply watching, before i find it funny that i always thought of reasons when jk and jm have a moment like maybe bcs they are too close, maybe bcs they like sibling, or maybe bcs bts spends time together that why all of them are close. (Im not homophobic, i respect people in same sex relationship, but i just thought before that having relationship inside a band is definitely impossible IN MY OPINION BEFORE since fanservice is also common and plus bts knew that their country don't fully accept same sex, and it will ruin their reputation and also i thought that maybe they are genuine people and treat each other in special way) but as time goes by, many evidences show up (im sure you guys already know what evidences is that) and i started to see things more clearly especially when their bond is becoming stronger every year. And i noticed their dynamic changes especially jk in early days and then suddenly jk in 2015-16 changes. And then 2017,'18,'19 followed, they just becoming louder and louder and now their bond looks more stable. Its just amazes me that their bond is so rare and beautiful. And im starting to regret why i ignored those signs before. I don't claim that jikook are lovers, but in bts ships that will considered to be possibly real, sorry but its jikook for me. Not being bias, i actually explore all bts duos before bcs i thought all ships are the same, bts duos are all beautiful bond and even bts as a whole. But in bts duos jikook bond have a different dynamic, actually if you open your mind, you will sense it even if you'll just simply watch their moments without the overanalyzing edits. But even if im jikook supporter now, i have a limits and definitely not go to 'delusional level' that leads to hating some members in bts bcs that just sound fuck up and ridiculous to me like what the fuck why would you love 6 and hate 1, bts is 7. So i just shared my experience being a non shipper before. And being old army since 2014 till now and future lol. Always remember to be respectful and mindful. SIS, I don't think JK meant to make it awkward on purpose for JM during that vlive at 1:08. Though it is cringe lol. I think he might have been trying to impress JM with how brave and manly he was for going on that ride. However, JM didn't really see it that way and ended up thinking he was bragging rather than trying to impress him. JK didn't know how to 'flirt' or be cool in front of JM, and what he said just kind of backfired on him. In JK's head: Oh, JM says the Gyro Drop is not for humans to go on? I went on it 2 or 3 times, that's means I'm super human and he will be impressed. Based on what he said, I think he even thought to impress JM while at the theme park, not just during this vlive. Obviously, he remembered JM didn't ride the ride since JK was the one who brought it up. At the theme park he was probably thinking something along the lines of, 'Look at me JM! I can ride this scary ride! Aren't I cool?'. All that being said, It was pretty early on so I don't necessarily think JK was trying to flirt romantically, but I do think he wanted to impress JM.

I always felt he said it in a slightly joking, but more just factual way. Like Jimin was also sort of joking saying it’s not for humans to ride as it clearly is. That’s why the side exists. He didn’t seem to want to make fun of JM, but just said it like a fact about himself and the ride. Not really teasing, but to me not flirting or trying to impress either. Jimin clearly also know he rode it.

Yes, just look at rookie groups. They’re often a bit more rough and physical with each other. That’s nothing odd. Jimin and Tae were quite physical with some pushing and hitting at times as well. It’s totally normal for teenagers.

I cried at this video, i can feel the emotion on jm's actions everytime jk chooses him to be the last for the looks. He is hurting obviously.. And he is vocal about it everytime a person would ask if how did he feel about that. He would always say that hurts.. I can sense that jm's not raise by his parents with hurtful words.. He is not used to it. So hearing that makes him feel bad. That lead him to diet if you remember, people say he is ugly and chubby. Even his members say that to him, you cannot blame jm if he gone through the diet thing that typically he only ate meal twice a week. Thinking through that all the way this current year of jk's attitude towards jm changed a lot. It is like he realized things and actions he did towards jm for the past years. He is now aware and i can say that he is now the number 1 jimin protector..

Thanks SIS I really appreciate all your hard work compiling these videos, I can’t wait for the next instalments. I always have a tinge of sadness for JM in the early days of BTS , I think he took a lot of teasing from all the boys not only JK, it’s hard to watch sometimes because you can see his sad expressions, also we have to remember JK was so young when he joined BTS , he was away from family, and I think him teasing Jm was him looking for acceptance maybe by the older members I don’t know, but I think deep down he really cared a lot for Jimin but just didn’t know how to show it. They were young men of different ages, humor styles and personality types suddenly working and living together all the time without parents. It took them time to become aware of what were each other's sensitive points and how to socialize smoothly. We have the advantage of about ten years of BTS content including individual confessionals to learn the members' foibles, also many of us have a lot more life experience than they did at the start. They did not have those things. Jimin wasn't trying to hurt Jin here by calling out his dance mistakes when they were all joking around, and neither did Tae back when he would laugh & joke about Jin's dancing. However, Jin would become selfconscious and insecure looking. Nowadays Tae is the first to object if Jin says anything about his dancing skills being weaker than the other's. They will casually make mention of Suga's weight status sometimes because Suga is very casual and matter of fact about it himself with the group. They occasionally compliment JK's build and constantly make fun of JK's body as looking like a muscle pig and a kangaroo, because JK is cool with that. They stopped talking and joking about Jimin's build because Jimin had body issues and was triggered by both the positive attention to his body after debut and the teasing from the guys. Jimin discovered that backing off a bit and demonstrating some respect for your crush's decisions is more effective than relentlessly pursuing and publicly pressuring your crush to give in to your own romantic desires. JK didn't seek to be repeatedly stuck in the no win position of ranking the team by appearance, and he eventually learned that his sexy shirtless pal on the team may not be as physically confident as his good looks and bravura might initially suggest.

Honestly the teasing Jimin got from the members back then looks similar to the teasing JK gets from the guys all the time now. It is "let's keep the impressive sexy muscular show off guy down to earth a bit" type teasing. The kind of teasing that average or less than average looking guys would throw at Brad Pitt if they were expected to be on a team with Brad Pitt. It always gets left out of these shipping edits, but Jimin was receiving a lot of positive comments and admiration for his handsomeness and muscles in their interviews and performances. Unlike Jhope, Suga and RM who were considered ugly guys by Korean standards. JK and V still looked like little boys, and they weren't showing off their abs or chests. The members would also praise Jm's muscles and looks when they weren't joking around. Much like they will sometimes nowadays talk about JK maintaining a great body but more often joke that JK is a monster, muscle pig and kangaroo. The big problem was that Jimin had body issues from the start, which is a lot more common among gay males than straight males and also not unexpected for a dance student, plus the guys hadn't had much time to get to know Jimin or to learn how to deal with each other and the pressures around an idol's appearance. In his earliest logs Jimin filmed pre-debut (Jimin joined last with only 6 months of training before debut) Jimin was calling himself a pig repeatedly with real disgust after mentioning that he had gained some weight. JK is just sitting there quietly absorbing it then by the end JK is pulling anxiously at his own cheeks and announcing that he will go on a diet too.

I love how a whole lot of people that commented here noticed the exact same thing I noticed.. U could say I was hiding under a rock 🤣🤣🤣 Never knew about BTS until maybe 2 mos. ago. I have watched so many of their videos eversince but the one I was really taken aback was the way JK and JM was with EO.. I grew up with a whole lot of guy friends, and we are all closed and treat one another as family but... A BIG HUMANGOUS BUT... they were never like this with each another.. U could tell that all 7 are very closed still the relationship that JK and JM is different.... 💜💜💜💜💜 Whatever it is... I hope and pray that it will last forever and will provide the security and happiness that they both deserve🙂🙂💕💕💕💕

i love these two talented, gentle souls! I think we all should not forget that they grew up in a bubble and we should not judge them by our life experiences and our lens. I see the back and forth here on whether romantic love or not. I just think that isn't for us to root for or not. We love them and should appreciate the love-- of whatever kind it is, and hoping that the relationship is one or the other feels like it is for our own selfish interpretation to be right...

This is so cute and they were so cute. Their relationship was a normal teenage love. being all immature...shy...awkward at times...no one is sure at first. They flirted kinda but just played it cool as friends.

Watching these just reminded me of how much insensitive "jokes" jimin had to bear not only from jk but from the group itself... cuz y? They loved his reactions?? More than the ranking of looks bs (heard its a Korean thing wc is just insane), i was more irritated when they all started repeating the "jimin is ugly" phrase (after suga said it) and laughed like it was funny. Idc if they were joking or just "teasing" him. That was mean and insensitive af. Thankfully they've grown.. Sometime we should pay attention to the things we tell say to our friends even as a "joke." Yes they may laugh at it at first, but when u keep throwing the same "insensitive" jokes all the time, they'll get hurt. Their reaction to it may be to laugh, but what about when they r by themselves??

Sorry for my English because it is not my first language: I'm REALLY new in the fandom, being here since May 2021. So I'm discovering everything now with you and some youtube videos. What I'm getting about Jikook is this (and I dont know if I'm right, dont bully me people XD): in 2014 Jimin is discoverying that he really likes JK (for me). He starts to make jokes and to say things to "test" JK. JK is really shy and really young tho. I think Jimin knows that is not the time to really try something real with him. I think it was a bit hard to him, but he knows JK so he just say silly things to see how he will react. I dont think JK is being mean or something. He is REALLY young at that time, he doesn't realize what is going on. And Jimin wish he could understand somehow but he knows he has to wait. I love your videos and me and my bff are learning about Jikook with you S2 I really want to know when JK starts to feel something too! Thank you for your hard work!

I truly believe that Jimin will always love JK. He was smitten from day one. It didn't help their relationship though that they would tease him, or that Tae would constantly try to get between them, but they will always share a great love. JK fell hard for him and JM was definitely JKs first love. As they've matured though, I think they'll all get married and have children one day in their 30s. The country is very homophobic so to be so high profile and try to live a normal life is almost impossible. JK is still young and seems to change his mind regularly. As much as I hate to admit it he does have something with Tae. That Tae could betray Jimin is unconscionable. He's supposed to be his best friend, yet he was never happy for Jikook to be together. He never stopped until JK cheated with him. I saw a video of them at the Dream premiere and JK was not his usual confident self like he was at Fifa in Qatar. I don't know what was going on.. Jimin is way too nice and has too much patience. How can he trust friends again? V crossed the line. I don't want to hate anyone but I call out unfairness when I see it. I want Jimin to focus on being that self assured person he came to Seoul as before they tore his confidence to shreds. I want him to know that he doesn't have to diet to look good or to be accepted, his lips are perfect, he is one of the most gorgeous men on this planet. I want him to see what we see, to believe in himself the way we believe in him. I want him to take care of his beautiful voice, join a contemporary dance company, get a coach to help him with his vocal range and control, work on his writing his music and a memoir, start a fashion line, makeup line for men, Jimin perfume/cologne, improve his English, work out, go out, travel to his favorite places, just enjoy life. Do it now before he enlists. I wish him the best life has to offer. He deserves it😊

@@CAMC4955 Still in the fandom and sorry, but Tae has absoluty NOTHING to do with Jikook. I dont like and actually FEAR this point of view. I respect your opinion and thank you for the aswer, you have valid points, but this "war" between JK, Jimin and Tae is some conspiracy that mean people talk about in this fandom and you should really avoid. Tae is a sweet. Jimin loves his maknaes, Tae is a really good friend and did nothing wrong ever.

Jk was the kind of family member you just want to slap at the back of his head. Jm is like me, we know our limit.

2013-2015, they were more like 2 young boys liking to make fun of each other. There were awkward moments but I can still see that they were happy and enjoying. From 2015, when JK got more mature, I think then the relationship has gone beyond friendship. I also watch many Vmin and Taekook videos, but Jikook have something very different and special. The more I watch, the more questions I have. Why they become so shy when one tease the other, the smile, stare, touch and the hug? And the trip, the posts and the kiss (almost)? When JK looked at JM, his eyes my god, are so concentrated, soft, happy and full of love.

@@SearchingInSilence Jimin said he never fought w/his bro (even tempered), but teased often by (boys can be savage) BTS, both V + JK espec. teased shy Jimin most, so he became more feisty. *THEN* said they both went to him to talk about his temper?!? I still think JK takes Jimin's care for granted, even in the vid where Jimin explained his plans came true, ""to audition + win, to be a trainee + then join BTS,," etc, mentioned he hadn't changed that much + JK said, "yes, you were chubbier"?!? Not cool. (He never disses V)

I deleted my previous comment, because I think it is not right to argue about our point of views when it comes to jikook. To note, I think if jimin still has issues with anything, he would talk about it with jk. Because from my perspective Jimin is very mature and can handle jk however he wants to. And among the members, there is always jokes and stuff. Please don't forget the fact that jimin as also commented on a lot of stuff about jk, like how he snores, how his twirl in PTD seemed like an edit? It can be taken wrongly by a jk biased if they don't know jikook as well as we do. They might think that jimin is mocking him (I really saw someone write that) which is according to me rubbish. Jikook know each other better than we do, so saying jk takes jimin for granted is a bit much for me. They both are sensible and they have inside jokes. Plus jk's chubbier comment wasn't meant in a negative sense. Remember jk always complements jimin as sexy, cute and other things.

But I'm not sure whether jimin liked his comment or not. See bestie.. Don't think too much & stress yourself. Just let them deal with their issues. They know eachother more than us. So just chill. Спасибо за интересное видео! Да отношения Чигуков были разные и так как Чонгук был слишком молод его и кидало из стороны в сторону. Был рядом с Чимином, принимал его заботу и тут же обижал, дразнил. Как и Ви называя себя лучшим другом Чимина часто обижал. Интересно будет посмотреть, что вдруг стало моментом когда все повернулась на 180° и Чонгук стал "спутником" Чимина.

@@anyusha-lq7gh Я не то имела ввиду. Вы не правильно меня поняли. Просто на камеру им надо быть посдержаннее. Уж слишком пристальное внимание им уделяют. Отсюда и хейт, а не хотелось бы, чтоб помимо творчества они заморачивлись ещё и на это. Их отношения и их чувства не стоит выставлять напоказ. Какими бы они не были. Чимин очень открытый человек и не может держать все в себе. Мне искренне жаль, что ему приходится все это переживать.

FYI if I'm not mistaken, there was a twitter post showing pics of JM's ex-gf from middle school when he was still at Busan. Later on I guess they had to part ways as he had moved to Seoul as a trainee. While JK did have gf during middle & high school but it was all short lived. There was a bangtan bomb were JK ranted during a MV shoot that he had to break up with his gf cause they had not met up for over 200days & he will never get married in this lifetime. Basically they have all had experiences even now they should have partners but alas they are not going to tell the fans or media due to backlash. Looking forward for the upcoming parts...

What makes me believe that Jk did not hate JM in the beginning is because Jimin said it himself. That the Jungkook people saw was not the same one bts. Jimin was clearly affected by being rated last but he forgave Jungkook for it which tells me bts they used to discuss this and JK would reassure JM that his teasing was just for the radios or something. Otherwise I can't see how else Jimin managed to be so patient for 2 years despite some members and the public thinking JK hated him or rather didn't like him. Jimin must have known something everyone else didn't.

JK used to tease and beat up JM because he liked him so much(like boys do to girls they like)....JM was insecure..not sure if JK liked him or would like him(JM definitely knew he liked JK a lot but wasn't sure what to do with that info) 😅...if only JM would realize that boys do that to you when they like you. But jk did tell him that he teased him because he liked him so much(eventually)...idk if they worried so much about liking a boy(maybe JK) as much as they were just anxious about liking eachother.
