Jigging in Paradise
Спорт
What a spectacular place FNQ is to fish!
In this episode we explore an area I haven’t ventured to in over a decade fishing with slow pitch jigs and nomad vibes in search of big Fingermark, Coral Trout, Red Emperor and whatever other species we could find!
Also some tips on what I look for when searching for bottom fishing structure and how I set up my boat to drift in the exact same line to hit my marks every time.
Enjoy ✌🏻

@@Micksgonefishing I've got a 1989 560SL (similar hull) with a pod & 130Yammy 2 stroke that averages 1.3 litres /km (I did a lot of work getting the optimal setup ) on a bottom bashing trip of 100-150 kms. She punches well above her size - bloody good hulls.
Nice work mikes. Very smooth you play the 80gram jig. What depth of spot you fish in the video mate?

@Micksgonefishing I kept one about 12kg once had one feed not to my liking, than next day crabbed the frame and got 8 legal bucks off 4 pots first pull. Was very happy with that . Upgraded to a tee. That fish was spiked n bled like normal just real strong fishy tasting. Spanish is my limit with that 😆
great video 🎉 what reel using ?😊
