Jiger Footage

While transferring some 8mm films shot by my wife's grandfather, I came across this clip which was spliced onto the head of one of the reels. It seems to be promo footage of the Jiger, a Canadian invention that was the world's first production all-terrain vehicle. At one point the U.S. Army was considering purchasing some, but I don't believe the deal actually went through.

love it I have a jiger theres a scene in the movie "girl with golden boots" 1969 has 3 min of jiger action. thanks for posting also jiger.ca

Hello Paul, i was super excited to see some new footage of the Jiger. But the film is kind of damaged after 0:05 min. Is there a way to upload it again? As i own one of these rare jiger´s it would be great to see this video. IKnow it is some work, but if you would do that, it would be amazing. Hanks and kind regards, Tim from Hamburg
