Agreed, maybe its just the guys i listen too but i feel like its trending up. Doesn't matter that your latin american, its the same fight, if you're not white, your black, no matter the ethnicity. Latin americans suffer the same oppression that colonisation brings to the table. Some African nations were trading with 'Latin Americans' 1000s of years before Columbus arrived. It was the Europeans that generalised and labelled natives on this continent as 'American'. But of course there were hundreds, if not thousands, of native nations. Here in Brazil they are officially refereed to as 'nations' and 'original people' (who were all under constant attack during the last government and from the agro industry). I am privileged to have a couple of friends from two different Indian nations who i continue to learn from and appreciate their cultures. Their reserves are only 200 miles away from each other but different languages are used!
