So...the blatant contradictions don't stand out to you?? Black people in Ghana sold their brothers and sisters to Europeans and got rich. Now 200 years later the government of Ghana is now making money off the descendants of American slavery by making the Door of No Return a tourist attraction. Slavery a tourist attraction? I think black americans should stay home and pump that $170 million into our own communities, instead of giving our wealth to a country that still allows several different forms of slavery to exist within its borders. Yes in Ghana, right now people give their children up to settle debts and as offerings to religious temples.

I really have a lot of respect for the Africa diaspora. As a white guy, African music has had a massive influence on me. Not just the music, but dance too. I have also been to Africa and the few countries I've been to has given me great memories. The people and cultures are really intriguing and interesting. It is a tough pill to swallow to learn about Europe's (I'm British) role in slavery and the monstrocities that occurred during that period. I wish that more bigots and racists in my country could travel to Africa and visit the remnants of the colonial era and educate themselves about slavery.

Therefore you are not a minority, you are a majority.or a person of colour. Population of people of color: Asia 4.463B Africa 1.2B South America: 446M Africa and Asia alone is 80% of total global population. Therefore you as a Blackman are not a minority The minority on planet earth are Caucasians and this is a fact. So stop seeing yourself as a minority because you’re NOT

Can you stand being with someone who is with someone else? Can you stand being in 3rd, 7th place? I get why he's doing it: to not be hurt but he even said that it did hurt. But he is also learning to suppress he's true feelings about it which is not healthy. Rather you smash and dash and be honest to the person about it. I don't get the point of being in a relationship that's not even a relationship.

tolu planB We know there are Slave ports throughout the African continent. Ghana has been “the most” welcoming in policy and meaningful change. They are building on what the late President Nkrumah was trying to do and what he learned while living and studying at an Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the United States for 10 years. I’m surprised that Nigeria and Ethiopia, especially Nigeria Is not leading the charge since they are more populated in the Diaspora and more ancestors were taken from Nigeria than Ghana. However, maybe what Ghana is doing other countries will follow with what they feel comfortable with. Ghana is definitely on a lot of people’s travel itinerary for the “Year of the Return”. Dude, are you serious?? You want us to remember that Nigeria also sold so many of its own people into slavery that Nigerians and white enslavers had to build slave ports?? U want to sale us on racial unity based on this historical betrayal? There is a reason why Africa was conquered and carved up like a chicken while all of Asia resisted colonization and is now just as rich and developed as european powers. And you want us to invest our on average $1000 of wealth into Africa while african governments and millionaires horde hundreds of millions and they choose to spend all that money in Europe and America. Africa could develop the continent all on its own if they concentrated on lifting the boat for all africans.

It was very odd to see, but I saw it over and over again and the irony is the whites would mock the Africans behind their backs because of their accents and call them stupid, meanwhile they smiled in their faces.

As an American white man in his early thirties... I feel I've been alive in a very interesting time and place...with that said, I recognize the privileges I've been afforded as a white man due to the institutional factors... But I don't identify as a person who's ethically racist in any sense... I find jedinnas world view to be very intriguing and his music strikes a cord within myself at a very primal level and I look to him as a great example of what modern men should be in the sense of striving to challenge the institutions of thinking and the accepted norms on social/gender roles and views in how we see ourselves and others. I also admire and identify with his hunger for his own truths in things and the more I see and hear from this dude the more I like him as a person. One of the best interviews I've seen on this show.

Every person being more self- aware without love as in selfless love can't amount to anything in the end. Too many "truths" too many philosophers pulling away from absolute truth. On a fair and sunny day- the grass is green and the sky is blue- there is absolute truth and one absolute Creator (we are created beings) whom we will have to account to black, white etc... it won't and don't matter. The things we make important now won't matter then. Ain't no love competiting with anyone for anything. Motives are vital- God sees and knows it all and we all die- God is forever! Jesus is the only one to date, historically and biblically who spoke and is truth- not what is in the modern church today..

Love ❤️ you brother 🇳🇬. You spoke the truth about polygamy, my paternal grandfather was married to nine (9) wives, and my maternal grandfather was married to three (3) wives, but, divorced one (1), and my late father, was married to three (3) wives, and also had two concubines. I totally can relate to the pain you saw in your grandfather’s wives through the picture you analyzed. Thank you, that was great interview.💪🏿💙

What pain? they would only be in pain if the husband was abusive there are many wives who adore and respect their husbands in polygamous relationships, you can use the same excuse for miserable wives in monogamous relationships,

Haha... you must be kidding me. Africa is defo not the future. School your mind on current affairs. Africa is grossly indebted to China, and I am Namibian. China has colonised African countries like none of them has done before. Africa now is to China what Greece were to the EU/Germany a few year ago, defaulting 3 times and going bankrupt as many times for failing to repay on some of The shadiest deals ever made from one “family” to another. Africa is on the brink of historic collapse, exploitation from within, the past present and near future. See Kenya, see Namibia, See South Africa and so many others in the northern states that signed shady deals with the Chinese they sold the souls of the countries, self enrichment, political corruption and aids is rife. The future as much as I am a glass half full person... looks bleak. SouthAfrica is in turmoil waiting on a civil war, Like Damian Marley said... Africa must wake up !!!!

I only tuning when someone says something important like Larenz Tate or this interview because the dude from the Home Team History channel mentioned it.
