    原則上, 膠原蛋白應該也幫到手背的皺紋的, 不單是面上的皺紋. 沒有數據指出是那個年齡必定要補充, 但細紋開始出現的時候, 可以一試,

    Collagen is present in tendons, bones, skin, cartilage, so it shall benefit joints and cartilage, and bone health. Muscle strength may be hard to measure, but collagen may increase muscle mass. (Of course also subject to whether I feel that brand / manufacturer is trustworthy ?) I saw a brand that is made in Germany, but what about the source please ? Should Verisol come from cow / pig / fish ? (I wonder what the original research re VERIDOL was based on, was it beef collagen or pig collagen ? Hhmmm) Thanks thanks !     膠原蛋白是蛋白質, 平日食物都會有, 除非有需要限製蛋白質的人士, 一般人都可以吃的, 但要留意產品有沒有添加其他物質

    骨膠原對頭髮生長也有幫助. 魚膠粉也是有骨膠原物質的, 但水解程度如何, 吸收率是否良好, 就不得而知. 但吃也不妨.

    My Family doctor advised not to supplemnt collagen peptides due to the fact that it may affect the hormones, espeically for women who has medical issues like fibroids, breast lumps etc...Are you aware of this?

    Thanks for the comment. I haven't seen study proving that collagen affects hormones in a negative way. In fact, there is research saying that it may help slowing down postmenopausal weight gain. From nutrition standpoint, collagen is just a structural protein, which is different from phytoestrogen (eg soy protein) which may function like hormones.     最簡單是睇食物成份表, 有沒有加入其他可疑的材料. 如果是優質的純膠原蛋白, 基本上是無需要停的.

    本人因為經常跑步及需要保健關節之下,聽聞市面有關骨骼產品成分是膠原蛋白肽因物質細少、粉狀及骨骼易吸收,所以嘗試了半年時間及後因價錢太貴停用了2-3個月。感覺與以前食開的保護關節產品明顯分別是跑步訓練後或重訓後舊關節舊患無之前的明顯痛,若疲倦recover也快,以上只是本人服用後的個人感覺。 現想請問,若本人想服用膠原蛋白肽用作美容及護關節,我需要分間不同功效分別服用,還是只需继續服用我以前食用的產品也可應對抗皺嗎?抗皺與骨骼的膠原蛋白肽成分有別嗎? 靜待回覆,謝謝你🙏

    未見過食用時間對效用的影響。一般蛋白放入熱飲熱湯都可以的,不是沸熱便可。

    丸狀或是粉狀對吸收率的影響不大, 不過, 丸狀所容納到的膠原蛋白份量不多, 使用方法亦沒有粉那麼多元化

    膠原蛋白只會來自動物, 素食膠原蛋白是不存在的. 不過, 也不是一定要吃膠原蛋白粉的, 平日吃優質蛋白質如豆, 果仁等等, 加上維他命C, 讓身體自行製造膠原蛋白.

    Gelatin 也是膠原蛋白,但水解程度較少,但collagen 經過水解程度較多,所以會較易吸收,更有效

    雖然市場上有素膠原蛋白(vegan collagen), 但化學構造不一樣, 是無效的. 可以吃優質蛋白質, 加上充足維他命C, 刺激身體製造.

    花膠或骨膠也有幫助的,但水解蛋白的膠原蛋白有較多研究証實效用。

    年輕人食咗便面腫腫, 好似少了些皺文. 七老八十老人食就無效.

    按研究是有效減輕皺紋的, 但如果皺紋較嚴重, 可能效果不太明顯

    其實呢啲產品係咪好似中醫話嘅以型補形差不多。。。一個食少蛋白質嘅人當然會輸食多蛋白質嘅人。加上水解程度高更易吸收。如果一個人食夠優質蛋白質,再補充膠原蛋白,效果都會唔明顯,因為身體吸收唔到更多嘅氨基酸

    選水解膠原蛋白(hydrolyzed collagen peptides), 那是經過分解為較容易消化和吸收的, 比食物中的膠原蛋白容易吸收.

    這是一個好問題, 目前研究顯示, 市面上的"全素"膠原蛋白並無效果. 最好吃多點優質蛋白質, 如豆, 果仁, 另外充足的維他命, 營養充足, 讓身體自己製造膠原蛋白.
