薑蔥蠔油炆雞翼 Braised Chicken Wing in Oyster Sauce with Ginger & Scallion **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
雞翼1公斤
蠔油2湯匙
薑、蔥、蒜頭適量
紹興酒1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
老抽1湯匙
糖1湯匙
100毫升熱水
油適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞翼洗淨吸乾水,蒜頭略拍,薑切片,蔥分開蔥白蔥綠切段備用。
2️⃣ 熱鍋下油,下雞翼煎至兩面微黃,下薑片、蒜頭和蔥白爆香。
3️⃣ 加入1湯匙紹興酒、1湯匙生抽、1湯匙老抽、2湯匙蠔油、1湯匙糖、100毫升熱水,用中火炆8分鐘。
4️⃣ 試味,加適量鹽(如須要),撒上蔥段即可出鍋。
🟢Ingredients:
Chicken wings 1 kg
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger, scallion, garlic, as needed
Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Hot water 100 ml
Oil, as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Slightly crush the garlic cloves, slice the ginger, and chop the spring onions into white and green parts. Set aside.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a wok, add the chicken wings and fry until both sides are slightly brown. Add ginger slices, garlic and the white part of the spring onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 100 ml of hot water. Braise over medium heat for 8 minutes.
4️⃣ Taste and add salt as needed. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.

Hallo Top Chef.. Chicken wing belum marinate dengan chicjen stock sudah mengoreng, masa gireng Chicken Wing tak bergitu rata.. Jacau kacau pun salah.. Muss iyr maltous, Honey, 5 Spicy Powde ,Serbik lada putih dan serbuk lafa hitam, Beras samsu 1,tea spoon, Serbuk halua dan Serbuk baeang putih, gula putih boleh campur Maltous campur sekali, Belum marinate 45 minutes,, kamu sudah Start goreng, kicap Pekat sufah kurang 1 tea spoon! Ok.. Gd job. !

It's up to you. I like my meat to fall off the bone so I cook until it does

我会用锅爆香鸡翼,然后落𦍑、葱白,蒜🧄茸,再放调味料,再焖到15分钟左右即可。
