简单脆皮曼煎糕食谱 | Crispy Manchang Kuih Recipe
面糊 Batter:
95g 普通面粉 All purpose flour
30g 玉米粉 Corn Flour
15g 粘米粉 Rice Flour
45g 细砂糖 Caster Sugar
1/2tsp 苏打粉 Baking Soda
1/2tsp 泡打粉 Baking Powder
1/2tsp 盐 Salt
1 鸡蛋 egg
150ml 水 Water
Filling:
100g 花生 Peanuts
一些白糖 Some White Sugar
一些牛油 Some Butter
一些玉米浆 Sweet Corn Cream

    Thanks for your crispy peanut pancake demo and recipe. For vegetarian no egg.. Is it ok. Can I reduce sugar to 20g instead of 45g. Will it be crispy

    Hi Ms. Koo, When your recipe mentioned Corn flour, do you mean corn starch? Overseas, there's many types of corn type of flour. Please clarify the corn flour you used? Also, what's the purpose for filtering the batter? Thanks
