That acoustic DI sound is AMAZING. I’ve always hated DI sounds, but that pickup blew me away.

Toni Siret I have a Boss GE-7 that I’d like to have on all the time but I typically use it as a boost. I definitely want to get this as my always on EQ!

Hi there, when pedal used as preamp, which termination did you use to plug to your apollo from the XLR out pedal?? XLR or 1/4 jack ?? And another question, is there an option to split the signal?? Many thanks

I'd be curious if you could have an XLR microphone input but with a line out through a guitar cable into a guitar amp.

Watch the section starting at 3:51 displaying the pedal as overdrive, listen closely and you’ll catch the real noise floor in a few spots between the silence edits where he cuts the audio between changes. I wouldn’t call this type of demo deceptive but they certainly aren’t accurate when talking specifically about aspects like the noise floor.

I bought this a year ago and first used as an input eq but now it’s final stage

What do you mean? I just got mine and tried it in front of the amp and effects loop. I decided to use it as an EQ in effects loop for now. Are you using your in effects loop?

this pedal is great at the end of the chain of overdrives and distortions, you can boost bass and cut mids to get low end transformer distortion just like an amp power section, make a cheap dirt pedal sound like an amp preamp with sag and squish from the colour box like a flexing loud amp power section, any cheap solid state clean channel will roar like the real thing when you put all your $$$ in the pedal board

You're right, several of them don't have dry signals to compare, but several of them do. I agree that it would have been more useful if they all did though.
