this board have trouble running at 6000mhz ram also u need to turn it down to 5200mhz to make it stable.

Hey, i have a Patriot viper venom ddr5 5200 cl40 64gb kit that i can run at 6000 cl36 using manual timing from buildzoid , you know if this mobo can run the same overclocking? Also any word on future bios updates to support 8000/9000 series processors? Thanks for the review

The amount of information released on the website is too small, and I don't know if I will support the next generation of CPUs in the future. In the case of memory overclocking, we have seen a successful case of 6000Mhz CL36 on a community site.

No bios update since December means it still has no support for 8600G/8700G, oudated Agesa etc. Always a problem with chinese they don't keep the software up to date, often there's never any update at all, like mini pcs...

You need to consider that they are just a small firm, which means latency for updating bios. This is the problem of tight budgets, instead of Chinese brands

Must have to know that this motherboard only sells less than 100 bucks. Not mention to b650 itx, you can’t even search better b650 matx ones in such price

was considering to try it, but then find out a620i lightning from asrock and its absolutely amazing for its price :)

A620 chipset has limitations in wattage of the CPU and no PBO so is not recommended

a620i lightning supports CPUs up to 170W, it also has 8+2+1 stages 60A each, thats more than enough for 7500f/7600/x/7700/x/7800x3d/7900, PBO grants like 100-150mhz/3% increased performance @@ivantsipr

Try manually adjusting the memory voltage. I looked up community reviews and saw reviews that successfully applied EXPO by manually adjusting the memory voltage.

I checked the 7500F operation, it is available. Unfortunately, even if you change the language, the menu name on the top tab is only in Chinese.

@@magneticflux nope, because limited of pice lane from 8500G (only 10 lane). So possible config was 4 (main pcie slot)+ 4 (nvme)+ 2(nvme) because all 2 nvme on this mb link to cpu not chipset

CPU voltage was only supported by entering manual (direct numerical) (offset mode was not supported) Fortunately, for AMD CPUs, the undervolting feature can be replaced by Curve Optimizer.

@@TurboD16z6 probably cheap or badly seated riser. Had the same issue with Phanteks riser, it was inserted in a strange way. Risers are generally pain in the butt.

Its a decent board, I’m using it right now. Felt like a safer choice than this. You only lose pbo and manual oc but can undervolt with “classic” negative offset.

Can't get this motherboard stable ram timing stable pass 5800mhz. It crash under gaming.. 5700mhz is the best i can do. Timing sucks on this mb. But the bot time is impressive. Faster than any other mb am5 i tried.
