Hey, hey, hey Aspen Mountain peeps, Happy Tuesday to you I need to apologize. I didn't have a chance. Come on yesterday, I got kind of wrapped up on some stuff and just been busy. We've all been busy. And it's and it's a good time of year. That means that we're going strong. We're in the process of hiring. So I've been doing interviews, and I've been doing trying to get more applications brought in. We're looking now for not only a plumbing service tech, but also the CSR. We're going to be making that go live tomorrow. This person will be in charge of answering the phones and dispatching and it will help us free up our office staff a little bit to where we can get more done. Because we're feeling a little overwhelmed. I'll be honest with you. I apologize for that I forgot to turn off my notifications, jetting versus sneaking versus fleck shafting Drain Cleaning going on today. We've got a lot of questions about I want to bring some things to your point of view so you can understand it. First of all, if you're watching this On Facebook and you're watching this live type live. If you're watching this on replay type replay, let us know where you're watching from. I really like to see where we're watching from. If you're watching this on KZread, subscribe to our channel, click the little notification bell, you'll get notifications every time we come live. These are posting within a couple hours of when we actually do the live. So if you want to catch us at a later time and you're busy during the times that we're going live, you do KZread is a great way to do that. So what's the difference between jetting, snaking and flex shaft and have you heard of all these? Well, let's go ahead and tell you what the differences are, first of all the main way to a ashle Thanks for joining us. The main way to clean your sewer drains is all in the past been with a cable snake and basically what that is, is we run a cable down the line and we grab a hold of whatever it is inside the line or we punch a hole through it and then we clear it out with water and we bring it back and we you know get it out of the line. But in the last few years, the last 1015 years that Drain Cleaning has really progressed. It's turned into a more of a surgical type effect. Hey Nick, thanks for joining us. And basically what we've got now is we have high pressure jetting, or hydro jetting. And now within the recent last 510 years, we've got what they call flex shafting, which is actually way better. Let's go ahead and explain what those do. First of all, a snake would just punch a hole in the drain or grab whatever's in there and pull it out hydrojet or is high pressure water, and it's got a pulsation basically. And what it's doing is it's pushing high pressure water through and is cutting it out, but what it does is it has one piercing in the front, and it's got about four to six sprays coming back hitting the sidewalls. So as that's going down and cleaning the the clog out and pushing it out to the mains Main Street. It's also washing the sidewalls. Now something else that if Come out later recently and that I find to be just extremely effective and really good. We're actually going to start phasing out our snakes and bringing these in is what we call flex shafting. Now hydro jetting does really good because it washed it with water. What if you got water standing in the pipe, it's a little hard to get through that clog with water and have it not flood back into your house. Well, there's a solution to that it's called flex shaft. Basically what it is, is it's got a a cable on the inside of a PVC or a nylon heavy nylon Wiener on the outside. And basically what this is, is it's a cable, but instead of having just gripping heads, it has chain heads with a little cutter on the front. So basically what it does is it punches a hole into the to the clog that's holding the water, but those chains are whipping around and it's cleaning the sidewall off and as the scaling now these chains have carbide tips on it, so it's really strong in the last two releases. Long time, and they're really aggressive to tear off all that that scale build up, it's that we find on cast iron, especially pipes. And what that does it not only gives it a thorough cleaning, but it also gets rid of the clog that's in there and it doesn't have any water coming back. Now, the good thing about flex...

Flexshaft is great. I own one but you can’t phase out the sewer machine. There’s just some things that the Flexshaft can’t touch that a sewer machine will knock out no problem

Comments are turned off on this plumbers toilet comparison vids because he dont want people telling on him for cheating on the test. He's been testing competitors lowest line toilets against Toto drake II not their equal line. So he'd test a Hell Cat to a VW and blur the checkered flag for his outcome! No catching it I went to buy a drake after watching the fabulous Toto compared vid he & others have made & reading (bs). I then showed a video to our dealer & she (sales lady) said dont buy a Toto. Yep at a Toto showroom I learned (realized after told) its not even Gerbers/Kohlers etc better (equal line) flushers being shown in this guys vids & told he's not fairly comparing each makers similar lines of toilets in his vids. So basically he's a liar by trade, well trying to fraud us anyways! But I still wanted a Toto until seeing all the Totos in the showroom each had big waves in the ceramic, the tank lids mated crooked as hell with dips galore on tops and down inside its bowl the drain holes weren't glazed in (2) of the 3. So they are rough and gritty down inside if you feel inside some/most? Home store models are better quality than Toto's and have the same Tornado & Dual Siphon Jet too, the same design as a Toto toilet people but much better ceramic qualty instead. Toto's are very poor quality, I was shocked after reading their online hype then seeing the pile of crap! Its all bs! Lady at showroom said Toto is what plumbers make more selling its not a better made toilet corp, in fact 2 corps I called first who carried Toto over a decade I know of stopped selling Toto completely over quality issues. Toto's showroom lady says the Drake II is a cheap builders toilet & "Wavy as an ocean". Thats why his comments are off on this guys Toto vids. Its union Plumbers bread n butter so its who keeps posting they're so great online because more money in plumbers pockets. Why posts we see are mainly just on their plumbers sites? Its all from union plumbers, hell who knew? Seems many Toto buyers are older people & never go out to compare its competitor's toilet, they just call plumbers without knowing whats available. Wonder how much they're all charged for such a cheaply made Toto drake? I saw a lot of complaints over Toto's poor ceramic quality and buyers remorse is common too if you take time to look online. Google- "Toto poor ceramic qualty" Then youll see its been going on for yrs. The Gerber Avalanche is a Drake 1. They are the same toilets but Toto added a tornado swirl action (bs) making it a #2. They say it cleans bowl better but nothings been proven to do any better than old toilets did. Toto's own sales lady said it..lol. Understand she never ran any toilet down nor made high claims on any either she simply tells it like it is. Honestly! Well except their lacking glaze I found that myself cause I knew to look for it. Most other makers are offering the Tornado design now anyway so Toto is the same as all the others. Even Toto's expensive automated (remote controlled) toilets are coppied by others so patents aren't worth a shit it seems?..lol Flush power is exactly the same, they all copied Drakes 2" Trapway & Dual Siphon Jet but better glaze in all the other brands. Even generic home store brands ceramic is better than Toto's I saw. So again I bought another Gerber Avalanche like my other homes since its the same toilet (elongated) without its gimmicky tornado action for $163 out the door. Almost $400 list but at plumbing wholesale centers its much cheaper (ask about discounts). Toto quality is terrible & they're over priced so fair warning dont dare order one online before inspecting the one your actually buying, fact is this plumber evidently dont want anyone telling how bad Toto's are as he stops people warning about it by blocking the comments on those vids. He turns comments off under toilet test videos to hide the truth others post & for no other reason! Plumbers bread n butter today but Toto was the only toilets to flush under 3 gals (not 5-7 gals) Toto held its patents for yrs & unless you paid plumbers a fortune to install aToto your shit just backed up all the time. Japan learned first because they suffered from fresh water shortages before anyone being an Island and Toto figured out how to actually flush a terd far & away with half the water but that was a long time ago & patents are history. Plumbers are simply trying to keep this belief going that Toto still rules to charge so much higher. They do not flush better folks, the design is used by all toilet corps now!! They were innovators, true!! But Toto's quality nor quality control certainly wasnt their strong point, I doubt it ever was they just held shitters for ransom. Japan is known for tighter quality controls but' these Toto toilets are manufactured globally including Korea/China. Every Toto tank lid I saw could wave bye bye to the plumbers leaving your driveway with your hundreds waving back at it, Toto toilets are more wavy than a Lays tater chip folks. Nothing special!
