Take a second to realise that Jetpack Joyride 2 had to attempt to go toe to toe with a perfect theme. and honestly, they did a really good job at it. sure its not as classic or timeless as the original, but its still not a bad remake.

Yes, the JJ2's Main Theme is also amazing , The Futuristic theme is perfect for the sequel. I've never played Smash Bros, but hopefully Barry will enter Smash because his fanbase wants it too.

The og was my childhood and nothing will beat it

I feel like that the second one is the music we never wanted, but the one we needed. I would say that Jetpack Joyride is a bit chaotic in its music due to Barry's first time with the Jetpack. The song conveys the nervousness, the focus he needs to do just to use and navigate the jetpack. JJ2 feels like Barry has mastered the Jetpack and is now learning new tricks and skills hoping to do more stuff with the jetpack.

The original has a mixture of techno, electro swing, and rock and this chaotic mixture somewhat matches the chaos of what is Jetpack Joyride. 2 is strictly techno and it’s okay, but it doesn’t fit that exciting and chaotic nature.

@@D.The1st apparently they have bosses in Jetpack Joyride 2. And you have to shoot them down while fighting drones as well.

Both are great but for two different kinds of moods that I think match both games. The first is great background music for doing some tomfoolery while the 2nd is a hype track for whooping a bunch of bosses and I listen to both every now and again.
