Jetour's story:
Jetour was established in 2018 ( The meaning is 'Victory Road' ) and is a sub brand of Chinese vehicle manufacturer Chery. JETOUR mainly produces crossovers and SUVs.
Outside China, the Jetour brand is available in Middle East, the Philippines, Russia, Egypt, and some of the Latin American markets such as Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, and Ecuador.
'Jetour Traveller' in China and 'Jetour T2' outside China - the midsize SUV was launched in 2023. It is the first body-on-frame SUV from the brand.
The JETOUR T2 was designed under the guidance of former Porsche designer, Hakan Saracoglu.
T2 is made with mild off-road capabilities. T2 has an approach angle of 28 degrees, a departure angle of 30 degrees, a ground clearance of 220 mm (8.7 in), and a claimed wading depth of 700 mm (27.6 in).
Jetour T2 is equipped with a torque manager and electronic limited-slip differential - which allows the vehicle to switch between different modes according to the conditions.
T2 uses MacPherson struts for the front suspension and multi-link suspension for the rear.
