On Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024, the Seattle Kraken announced that they'd hired Coachella Valley Firebirds assistant coach for the same role. Campbell joins head coach Dan Bylsma, also moving up from the Firebirds, and becomes the first woman in NHL history to have a full-time coaching job. Here is her introductory press conference.
