she is ONLY 43. At that age, there is no reason to look old, especially since this is the 21st century, and everyone can, even who is not a famous actress who has a ton of money, afford excellent skin care and treatments at a beautician. I'm 3 years older than her, and I still don't have a single wrinkle on my face. Just a good skin care and that is it. People start showing their age nowadays from 50+ (those who take care of their face and body of course). She is beautiful, always was, and always will be.

Overall I enjoyed it. Ok movie. My only issue was with some of the wording. An example of one phrase. When she saw an M4 and called it a "machine gun". Come on now. She is supposed to be military trained in the movie.

@@Sentien , I am just disappointed that Alba is doing B- rated movies.....she is a billionaire and doesn't have to act at all .....the scenery (rain storm?) The effects, tactics, and weapons....even them calling weapons by the wrong names were all so cringy

@@rangerwolfhound I kind of agree, the budget isn't likely to be anywhere near the likes of 'Extraction 2' or similar (Netflix superhits) as the FX wasn't the highest of quality and the cave scenes took up 50% of the movie, which was a single warehouse location and probs saved them a fortune on location/prop/mobilisation costs etc... But support of the film, Jessica's fight scenes were brilliant, close-contact fighting (not sure how much was a stunt double - but still looked great), and some humour thrown in there as well - story was a tried and tested 'Special Forces elite travels home to get revenge' - but as mentioned, for a non-thought-provoking , easy-on-the-eye popcorn flick, it did the job very well - and probably another hit for Netflix, following Atlas and Hit Man.

Just Saw this movie last night and it was okay. But Why the director thinks it’s a good idea to speed up action sequences so they look absolutely unnatural I simply don’t understand. If Jessica is unable to perform the action sequences without speeding it up, do something else. At the end of the movie she does several sequences that looks perfectly fine.

I just watched the movie today. I really liked it especially to see her take on an action movie and. I like to see a woman play a bad Ass. I’m here for a part 2 Trigger Warning!

What training?? Her actual “action” scenes look like she was still training! She had all these weapons and she still picked a machete instead of more gums! Who does that! Not even Rambo did that! I think they were more proud of involving an all women production team, they forgot to worry about acting, special effects, storyline,and authenticity of the fight scenes. Wow, they seem so proud of this film like it was a masterpiece…An amateur filmmaker would have done a much better job making this movie!

This is an awesome movie and Jessica Alba does a great job in the role. Reminds me to the Mac Bolan, The Executioner novels.

Alot of the action scenes seem pretty consistent, obviously she wouldn't physically be able to outmuscle a man in combat, but her knife training and lean build really equalized that physical disadvantage👍 well done.

Jessica Alba is okay. I don't think she's related to Luis De Alba. Into the Blue was a loose remake of The Deep(1977).

Couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of this. Hollywood needs to stop with those almighty, human-but-really-superhuman characters. A casual action script is fine every now and then, but give the character some challenge, especially if your lead is female. 3 minutes in, she single-handedly dispatched a group of villains and a male fellow special force... you already know she's going to brute force her way through whatever the movie throws at her.

@@TomF18 I see. The problem isn't realism. The problem is giving the lead a challenge, something that keeps the audience guessing. You keep watching to find out. Furiosa isn't realistic, but she has to figure out how to escape her situation by being clever. Same with Sicario or Nikita. Meanwhile, Jessica Alba single-handedly dismantles an entire city of villains with a knife.

Kind of like in ‘Fury Road’, where basic resources are scarce in a post apocalyptic world, but at least there’s a heavy metal guitarist with a whole amp system strapped to the front of a truck. 🤷‍♂️

I was so excited to see a new Jessica Alba movie. This was a disappointment.

I am a fan of Jessica Alba but there are scenes and storylines as not relevant in this movie.

Come on! Your choreography execution was not up to par. The performance lacked high energy, and you appeared weak. Simply learning the movements is not sufficient.

Most unconvincing action sequences... I don't think she would be able to even move the dudes meaningfully with her full force...
