Looted & extremely trashed, but this place didn’t burn down. It reopened in the winter of 2020.

It’s still there but got looted & badly damaged. They gutted the place & rebuilt the interior. Reopened around Christmas last year. Other liquor stores got looted, but I think the only one on Lake that was completely destroyed was Minnehaha Lake Liquors. They plan on rebuilding, but the architectural renderings of the new place doesn’t have anywhere near the neighborhood charm of the old building with the neon & that circular awning over the door.
