I remember when i was little my mom was a single parent on housing and we lived in a 3bd 2car garage big backyard sec 8. And every year the housing inspector comes to the house and make sure thers no mens clothes in the home only moms and kids property are only allowed in the housing property home we were in. So yea the city provided a better place to live than my father so ultimately the city brainwashed my mom to get rid of my dad

I grew up and still live in Canada and I too remember such times .. government welfare officers would visit unannounced and search for men’s clothing in the home of single Mothers .. I thought it was because of Dad pretending to leave so Moms could benefit from government housing and welfare while dad usually worked for cash money…there were entire community like this. Those on welfare were living better than two working parent families. No joke. Cheers 🍻

@@scballer48. I’m saying these kids are getting no discipline from anyone. No one is teaching them how to behave like civilized people. They are indulged at every turn and grow up thinking they are gods gift to the world who can do whatever they please without consequence. For the most part, kids today are rude, thoughtless, unpleasant, and selfish brats. That isn’t on the kids, it’s on the parents who are supposed to be raising them. Unfortunately, however, this brat kids will turn into pathetic dysfunctional adults who can’t get anything going for themselves. It’s tragic. Because of this bad parenting, these kids are graduating high school unable to read or write proficiently.

If I were going to hire someone to represent my company, I would hire the well-groomed, well-dressed, honest, hardworking person-no matter the race. I’ve always been taught to dress for the job I want but be willing to start at the bottom and work my way up. My husband and I started with nothing-no jobs, no education. We cleaned apartments, worked retail, whatever we could find. We never took welfare. We lived simply and saved our money. Marriage and family, with the father as the provider, are the foundation of success.

I’ve saved and invested and now have accumulated quite a few properties in which I’m able to retire this year.I have a black colleague who also joined at the same time as me as an apprentice also…. He has nothing but a high financed car and about 5 kids from 3 women who is renting. He claims I have ‘white privileged’ despite us having earned the same amount throughout our career! He swears that I only get approved houses because they lend to whites… dismisses that he doesn’t have the money for deposits, doesn’t save, just spends money on his flash cars and having to pay child maintenance… his denial is a sickness

I live in Scotland where it's perceived to be 96% white. I am Scottish white and live in a scheme which in America would be likend to the project's. And have to work to get by. Didn't go to college or university and live in a council house because I don't have the money to buy a house on my own. It's my wife and I with three kids, we don't cry about it. We just get on with our lives. Try and go at least one holiday per year. We don't go out at weekends drinking so we put money away and try to do our best for our kids to hopefully do better than us when they grow up. My family is three generations from the area I live in. So we've always basically lived in an impoverished area for over one hundred years. When do I as a white male get this privilege we seemingly have or get??

I don’t feel like it was that hard for me to work out of poverty. I never went to college. Worked at a pizza restaurant at age 16. At age 18 started managing it and bought my 1st house in a bad neighborhood at age 20. Managed several locations successfully and at age 27 the franchisee I worked for sold me 2 locations that weren’t making much money. I turned them around and made them profitable. Sold one location a few years later. Now I’m 49 and my net worth is in the millions. I still own that house I bought when I was 20. It’s a rental property for me now. It was a lot of work but it didn’t require anything special. Anyone can do what I did.

My white grandparents were sharecroppers in depression, dust bowl era Oklahoma. I have a picture of them standing in front of a dug out shack and they are all bone thin in the middle of a moonscape with raggedy ass clothes and desperation on their faces. Grampa went to work shoveling coal in the cotton gin, 5 truckloads every day while grandma dug in the sand to make a garden. They never considered themselves victims and wouldn't allow my father or his siblings that excuse either. They were tough as nails and expected us to live up and meet the challenges with grit and determination. I am so thankful for them, they taught us how to live a good life and work your ass of if you want anything good to come of it.

Yes Jesse is right and I'm so sick of the white privilege bullshit. I graduated and educated myself and opened and grew my business and it was hard as hell and still is. I didn't get what I have because I'm white. My husband and I did it together. Yes husband

Don't these guests do their homework before appearing on Jesse's interviews? Most of them seem shocked when Jesse disagrees with them. As for this professor here... he suggests you can only be racist 12:44 if you have power, which is nonsense. A black person could be racist to an Asian. A native American could be racist to an Hispanic or a Jew. To claim otherwise is simply delusional.
