    It's amazing how radical these two figures can be perceived as, yet they having a conversation that seems normal. If only the radicals protesting now had this demeanor, our world wouldn't be bringing back thr trends of legit nazi-ism. They think they can trace everyone’s genealogy from a book that was written 150,000 years after the first humans came about. They claim we are esau bc the Israelites didn’t like them and claimed their god didn’t either. But if you look up bible verses and inscriptions found, you’ll see that Yahweh originated in edom, which is the land of Esau’s descendants. So they literally contradict their beliefs saying we are from esau and Edom, bc that means if we are Edom/esau and they are the Israelites, then they stole our god and claimed he didn’t like us bc we worshipped him different then them

    My family came to America during the Vietnam War in the mid-70s. Back then, we lived in the poor neighborhoods known as the ghetto or projects, alongside many Black families. Over the years, we've mostly moved out of those areas. We've done this by focusing on education and working hard, rather than blaming others for our circumstances. Despite facing discrimination from various groups, including some Black individuals, we've stayed committed to our goals. We've prioritized education and entrepreneurship, which has helped us succeed. Now, after many decades, we've moved into the suburbs, bought homes, and started our own businesses. Our strength comes from our strong family values and work ethic, which have kept us focused on our goals. Meanwhile, many Black families still live in those same neighborhoods. It's a reminder that excuses won't get you far when others, like us who barely knew English when we arrived, have surpassed in less time. This isn't about hate; it's truth and it's just my family's story.

  • @J_Trask

    @J_Trask

    3 ай бұрын

    @@anthonythomas6593 There are excuses, and there are reasons for things being the way they are. Many times when a group adheres to a social norm, by default the group will openly pressure its members to adhere to these norms for the sake of stability, or normality. When you are raised in an environment where nearly everyone universally believes life is harder for them, that another group hates them and are out to get them, that you’re discriminated against at all the jobs you work, etc., others have difficulty achieving success, it is a lot harder to get out of that mindset when that has been your world your whole life. This isn’t isolated to BP, this tends to happen to people who live in poor areas with little economic opportunity. This is why it is so important for kids to have a mother and father growing up. Mothers ingrain love and compassion, fathers teach responsibility, hard work, discipline, respect. I think it’s more complicated than just saying people are lazy. The destruction of the family unit in the black community was caused by the US government by incentivizing black women to have kids and to stay unmarried in order to get government benefits. 75% of black people grow up without a father and it is heartbreaking. This trend is also increasing in the white community.

    I was going to say the same thing! I really wish people would stop about the black white thing. I have a lot of great friends who are black, (me being white) and I enjoy having them over and doing things with my friends. As for Jesus being black or white who cares! He is out God and his color has nothing to do with our faith. Also, go look in history, there were white slave way before others and people don't continue to go on and on about what was the past. Time to move on and offer what you have within your community. Not what you don't have, (and not willing to work for it).
