Another day, another video! I have been experimenting with short form content. This allows me to produce condensed versions of much longer content. Now I can actually play into the 1500s! I plan to try avoid uploading 40minute videos like in the past for now. If you like the new style that's great! If you don't like it that's great too! All feedback welcomed. :)

The intro was quite fun. You have quite a relaxed style, which I like, so "short form" had me worried at first, but it seem to work fine. On another note, making mistakes is fine, such as an overly aggressive war with Venice, it's how you deal with it that's important.

The introduction at the start was good, nice overview and delivered like a less serious Total war intro which was fun. Loved the drama when you went to war with Venice and it backfired initially, had me at the edge of my seat!

Algorithm brought me to your video, really enjoyed the balance between brevity and long-form! The video was a perfect length to watch on my lunch break. I like how the early wars felt like a dramatic build up in preparation for the big big Mamluk war, where it was do or die time. Earned a subscribe, look forward to more :)

i have been trying to form jerusalem for days and couldn't find a proper up to date guide on it and this helped so much thank you man

u need to fight the ottos first, form latin empire first than jerusalem

@@rum3622 but the problem is with the new dlcs and stuff it has become impossible to beat the ottos because they Are just so powerful. I saw one of their 12 k stacks absolutely destroy one of my allies's 30 k stack

Great video, but you could've done two additional things to make the playthrough easier. First is to ally Aragon. This way you get Malta for free. Second is to first take Antioch before you form Jerusalem. If you do this you can complete a mission that gives you a permanent 10% Morale and 10% Manpower modifier. These two only work when you are the Knights, else you'll release the Knights as a March and they get that modifier/province.

Just buy indulgence day 1, get religious diplomats and insult pope's rivals plus improve relations. Then you complete the mission that gives permaclaim on byz lands plus curia influence is really helpful.

I like both kinds of videos. They are well made and entertaining in their own unique ways. Also, I am confused by what you mean by the "supply lines" in the video. I have 1300 hours and I've never heard of such thing in eu4. Is there something I'm missing out on?

Thanks for the comment. When I say supply lines its a term I picked up from HoI4 and use interchangeably. What I actually should be saying is a viable retreat path. In other words If my army loses a battle, I don't get routed to an enemy province, but can retreat to an occupied province. It's the main thing I'm focusing on when launching naval invasions.

i dont think the version is 1.3.6 more like 1.36 and "Europa Universalis" is not the right choosen gametitle on YT its "Europa Universalis IV" released around 2011. And also this command & Like is for the Algorithm!
