You don’t have to miss it, cause it’s always on KZread and in your heart. More correctly, “in” your brain cells for as long as those work & you find Jerry useful to your happiness - we are our brain and our brain is us - but that’s less groovy maybe. When I feel alone and isolated, Jerry makes me feel better and more accepted than anything else

Was learning this song today.such a cool chord progression.jerry is the master at playing to the chords .so effortless..whoever says jerry is a noddler is crazy and has no clue

His second solo (about 8 minutes in) is absolutely astonishing. Surely one of the greatest he ever played.

It's a lovely song to start with, but this is something else again. (And I'm a big Dylan fan.) Great to be able to watch Jerry play it.

Johnny d'Fonseca jr. on drums. He was only about 20 years old at the time. Garcia gave him his shot and he held his own. Sadly, he died in auto accident shortly after this. He's the drummer on the infamous After Midnight>Eleanor Rigby jam from 2/2/80

Get chills everytime man. Garcia was is and always will be the MAN. THANK YOU JERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!
