Jerky Easy Recipe To Follow. Around here we make a lot of jerky and use a variety of different cuts either from beef or venison. But this time I am making Cracked Black Pepper Wagyu Jerky!! I got these wagyu beef sirloin tip roasts from Ozark Valley Beef company and wow, I can honestly say this was the best jerky I have ever made!! For the easy recipe to follow, I used a couple Cracked Black Pepper variety box kits from PS Seasoning to make all 10 pounds of this Wagyu Beef Jerky. If you like black pepper, trust me this is certainly a winning combination!!! You can use almost any type of cooker to make jerky, oven, pellet grill, dehydrator, offset, weber kettle or an electric smoker like me!! I am using the Pro Smoker Pro Max and this pit is by far the best electric smoker I have ran to date!! Plenty of room and very easy to run!! I hope you give this a try and thanks for watching!!

    My PIT BOSS PRO SERIES II 4 pellet smoker goes down to 130 degrees. Just need to know what type of pellet smoker to buy if you're going to make Jurkey or even use it for cold smoking with a smoke tub only.

    I get condensation on the inside ceiling of the smoker putting in that much meat. Not much I can do other than keep top vent wide open ..
