I just made this and used diced chicken instead, marinated it for 5 hours. Also added in some sliced red onions. Followed the rest of the recipe as shown. So good!!!!! I made this dish. Wooooow! Def skipped on the salt and prepped the ingredients that could be mixed a day ahead to get the flavors infused. Wooo! BF praised me after (I gave you credit though). THAAAAANKS! We used mushrooms instead of shrimp since he’s vegan. It worked out perfectly!

Tried it ! It came out so good, got positive reviews. Hack for anyone trying it with chicken... you can use chicken faijta strips and marinate it in the jerk sauce! Saves some time & it still comes out good!

Wow amazing 🤩 giving this a chiefs kiss! I used lots of fresh parsley, scallion, and grated fresh mozzarella. I also used the Sazon packet with caution because of the salt content but wow! Kids licked the bowl!
