This warmed my heart to see the relationship you have with your dad. It brought tears to my eyes bc it reminds me of my dad and i lost him the day after Christmas 2023 and my new year greeted me putting him to rest . It's been tough but this video made smile. Cherish every moment like this and give your dad a hug bc his smile reminds me of my dad 😢

I would have loved for my dad or mom to show me how to cook. I lost my dad 10 years ago and my mom has lived in another state for over 20 years now. RESPECT to this amazing father!!! God bless you and your family. 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼💜🙏🏼
I love how your father praises the Lord. I love the Lord and God is faithful and God is Love.
A stick of Butter in the pan then add 1 Onion, 4 cloves garlic, make translucent and then make a roux with flour about 6 tablespoons, add cream/milk little by little into the roux. Keep mixing on low heat because thei milk is cold. Add the whole container of cream/ milk and mix. Add one cup of unsweetened coconut milk keep stirring. Add salt to taste, garlic powder, black pepper, all purpose seasoning, then add white wine about 5 splashes, turn heat up to medium high. Keep stirring, add spoon full of jerk seasoning from jar, and keep cooking and stirring until sauce is thick about 20 mins. Add parmesan cheese if you like. In a separate pot add olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir then add fresh thyme then Add rainbow chopped bell peppers and about 3 stalks of green onions . Keep stirring. Add black pepper, garlic powder, dried herbs blend, all purpose seasoning, old bay seasoning, spoon full of jar jerk seasoning, add broth into both pots, keep stirring until veggies are soft. Add veggies into the noodles stir and ladle the sauce onto the pasta and veggie mixture. Should take about an hour.
