Helpful interview. Would love to hear Jennifer's testimony of how she first came into a personal relationship with Christ.

I am very encouraged over your take on this. I was recently exposed to this idea of breath work. But it was not based on Jesus. And I could feel it in my soul that it was not right. So thank you for this. It sure makes a difference when God is involved.

When there is too much upset. So I went with the breath and cried the upset and this is what happened: Lord Jesus Christ, heard my cry and ended the upset. Thankyou Amen. Now this is my rememberance and a way for me to deal with the breath and breathing that was injured and made disabled at the expense of others and the earth. Not everyone is comfortable with breathing, sometimes there are issues, that go unaddressed and need to be resolved.

Breath Prayer has changed my life. I have been ill, as the result of receiving a transfusion from donors that had been 'vaccinated'. It has been over 1 1/2 years and my anxiety got worse and worse as my health got worse and worse. This book changed my perspective from my health, to my faith in God. Afternoons are the worse, and I now sit and breath and pray, and life seems salvageable. Jennifer, I am giving your book as Christmas gifts to all the people in my life that are experiencing anxiety, and that I can afford all those books.

So happy that people care about others by giving blood and getting vaccinated! You know that God is working for through those who work for the greater good being inclusive byt helping others, not being exclusive and only caring about themselves: God gave us lungs! God gave us yoga! God is all-inclusive!

Breath prayer is not biblical and draws from Christian mystics aka Apostate forms of Christianity. Breath prayer gateway to Yoga / Pilates = Paganism stay away from breath prayer exercise

What proof do you have in scripture to support your argument? Pagans also meditate and as you say…do yoga. Shall we therefore never do stretching exercises or mediation? Meditation on the Word is biblical and just because the Bible doesn’t mention stretching…shall we assume that is also pagan? Yoga IS pagan and so is transcendental meditation…not because of the practice but because of the ideas incorporated in those practices.
