Here is the thing. There is no deleted text ever. All texts are stored someplace and are retrievable . If there was anything on it the Defense could get them from the phone company. If I were Jennifer and Karen told me to google "how long it takes to die in cold," I would put Hypothermia, or something more in depth.

I always love hearing from you Vinny. My only complaint about Court TV is that almost every time lawyers are interviewed, it is obvious to ANYONE who is actually watching the trial they are giving opinions based on headlines and NOT from watching the trial themselves. There are sooo many trial lawyers and other experts on KZread who are watching the trials. Why not get their opinions?? It is frustrating to listen to the interviews and having no doubt that these people rarely have all the facts. Sometimes they even have the facts wrong because of bad reporting by MSM.

Yes, she was the one putting ideas in KRs head if u ask me. Why would KR think John got hit by a plow? Or that she did it.

At around 5am (before JO’s body was discovered) Karen Read called Kerry Roberts and said “John’s dead, Kerry, Kerry, Kerry” then “I’m afraid John might be dead, he might have got hit by a plow, he did not come home last night” She then said “I remember leaving him at Waterfall”. Then Jen said “No I saw you pull up to my sisters house”. At some point in the conversation Karen said “what about my taillight, what about my taillight” Kerry Roberts then looked and saw there was a piece missing. Why is this witch hunt/smear campaign of innocent people allowed to continue?

So if Jen McCabe saw them pull up to the house , how do you explain her missing the most important thing of this whole trial , the supposed accident, if she and the others knows they are outside , surely after 5 minutes of him not coming to the door you would go out and look ,, im sorry but all that does is shows there wasnt any kind of car accident ,, have you ever heard a car reversing at speed , it makes a very different sound to one accelerating forwards ,, if she knew they were outside , then if there was an accident a woman like that would have heard it,, she seems the type to look out the window to find out everything in the neighbourhood , all that did was show shade on a vehicle reversing to 24mph over 50 feet , especially if she heard them arrive which is why she looked out the window

Why wouldn’t prosecutor stress the point of her deleting footage from the ring cams at John’s house and how she incriminates herself by telling Higgins she knows where the cameras are.

The defense is trying to bang a square block into a round hole.

If forensic data can lie, Vinnie should stop tackling Kohberger, Stern and Heuermann. All 3 are innocents.

Jackson is VERY consescending and combatitive and yes, he lost control several times and comes across as insulting. All these people involved are so rough around the edges. I'm so glad I live far from this 'culture'.

Justice for John O'Keefe

I must commend Karens self control during this trial because I know I would have shouting "You Lying Bastards!" ... How she has to sit and listen to their vile, viciousness without reacting is commendable in my opinion

IMO Jenn McCabe is involved in some way. I didn’t have an opinion in the beginning but now, I’m sure Jenn is full of it. IMO she’s involved in coving something up or is coving up for someone else or is guilty herself. She was squirming on that hot seat. Her body language said it all. But her words and the way she said them is what really did her in. And, she is NOT John’s friend. Just by the way she reacted. No way was she friends with John. No way, what so ever. She showed no care nor remorse that John is gone. She was more concerned with defending herself. If John was a friend you would have heard something in her voice to indicate that she’s upset over his death. I heard nothing but self. And yes, I heard her whole testimony. I do not think she should be harassed but I do hope that she switches places with Karen because I personally think she has some involvement deeper than just being a witness. She’s not just a witness imo. All of this is just my opinion at this point in the trial. No one deserves to be harassed or harmed. Let justice do its job. It will be interesting to see how this all irons out.

I have been watching this case off and on and I gotta say… I think she’s gonna walk. They have created too much doubt.

Brian Higgins answered those silly cat and mouse questions Karen asked him like any adult man would and should. She started it trying to entice him into an affair. He wanted to see if she was just playing games with him. Then he could decide if he wanted her more than his friendship with John O'Keefe.

Something stinks about his murder and I don't think the stink is coming off his girlfriend.

Did Karen really hit John with her car? John didn't look like his injuries were from a vehicle....

The testimony about Karen Read is interesting. So far they have established she is kind, giving, affectionate, modest and was also bullied by people she thought were her friends. Calling that motive is victim blaming. That's a pathetic road to go down.

It’s challenging to get past Mrs. McCabe’s demeanor. She seemed angry and on cross and softened up on direct. She seems to forget things that made her look bad. But happened to clearly remember things damaging the defense? Also, she didn’t seem to display much emotion for her friend.

Whether or not Karen is guilty, I'm leaning towards not guilty as of right now, one thing is for sure - Jen McCabe comes off as a terribly nasty human being as does her husband. They both seem like such obnoxious and toxic people.

Not surprising KR (as an obviously overly jealous person) wouldn’t want JO around the Sullivan sisters….stunningly attractive with vibrant personalities (absolutely gorgeous inside and out). It seems JO had decided he just wasn’t in to KR as a partner and potential wife, but she wasn’t getting it, which could’ve been an even bigger turn off if she was acting desperate and a stage 3 clinger. We know from her own words she wasn’t supposed to be staying at JO’s house that night. I think he possibly told her he didn’t want her to come in to the Albert’s and to just go home and she flew in to a fit of rage (may be that was the final straw that triggered her off - possibly mentally/emotionally unstable and alcohol just fuelled the fire).

First off, all of these pp driving and partying at pp's house and with pp that arrest citizens of drinking and driving are all out and about driving and drinking. Witness's testify to seeing a Jeep, and a Plow Higgins, I do believe, Julie calls for a ride, yet when ride shows up behind KR vehicle and Julie goes back to drink more at the party? How do we know if any of these vehicles hit him and knocked him off of KR's vehicle? we don't know. Did Julie's ride hit him, Higgins plow truck hit him, others that came and left??? Most of the witnesses have contradicted their statements

The defense is grasping at straws . We are supposed to believe these pff we people are in out it ? It will backfire. She will go to prison

Hit by a plow is certainly the most logical explanation. It would explain why no one seemed to be able to see him since he was covered in snow. Last time I checked, Karen's Lexus doesn't have a snow plow blade on it. Brian Higgins' jeep has a snow plow blade on it. Maybe? Maybe not? That's called reasonable doubt.
