It's beautiful - such a difference! Only 1 thing struck me as odd - that's a small portion of the island for SIX stools. I hope her friends and family are small, cuz they'll be squished up there.
I love how spontaneous and quirky Jenn is ..
So beautiful! Love love love the design but will never understand why someone needs such a large kitchen but no proper table to eat on in the same room! If one chooses to have an open kitchen livingroom but same time a separate dining area? Sitting on an island is ok for a snack or simple meal but not for hosting a dinner party.
Every room looks top notch. I personally would not want to sacrifice a real dining table and comfortable chairs for a large island and bar stools, no matter how stylish and spacious it looks.

I saw there was a dining table in the room next to the kitchen, you can see it when they go to see the bedroom
you should always include a bathtub in a bathroom that size. love the greens.
This is probably my favorite of all her renovations. Loved everything, the kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, all gorgeous!
I love watching her shows, so much personality and amazing talent ❤️
Stunning. That wall colour in the bedroom is gorgeous!!!
Stunning!!!
I hope we get a season 4 i love her show.
I love everything about this!! Everything!! ❤❤❤
I absolutely love it all !
Great kitchen and bathroom
Mutfak ve salon girişinde bulunan duvarı da kaldırsaydınız daha ferah olurdu👍👏💯
Those sconces near that hob are gonna be greasy once they start cooking
is 130k a lot considering how little was done?
Dig the Bossa Nova music
Let's be honest, visualy not bad, it's made to be an instagram interior. But then you take a look at it professionally and you understand that no way there is enough room for 6 chairs at that island end. There should have been -1 old drawer to make space for 6 chairs, especially as people in US tend to be wider that in EU and there is not enough space by EU standards. Those tilles in a bathroom are not well laid, lines go up and down its wavy, and tile glue is all around. Stop making fast picture interiors, people need to live there aand use it daily. If you want to show how it should be done than do it properly.
I like it...I really do..... except I "hate" the ceiling in the kitchen, it ruined everything and sorry for the word hate...it looks like an old ceiling from the 80tes that has been painted over... pur horror.... and no freestanding bathtup next to the shower... what a pity

Maybe the client don’t want a bathtub?

Maybe instead of trashing the design you could just keep it to yourself. The Client said "you got my style" that's a win it wasn't made for you. Freestanding tubs are for the magazines. They are not functional for everyday life. I'm a GC. Most clients remove freestanding tubs for larger showers within a few years.

Anna-Taniat, I really like the ceiling. It does not remind me of the 80’s at all. To each their own.

Love the character and traditional feeling she created for her client.
I do not like the layout of the island with chairs to the end…
