Hi from New Zealand. Nice to meet you both... great job Jen (and great name too). I lost 28kg going pretty much Keto, had bariatric surgery in March and the been carnivore for the last month. My ankle swelling has gone, I now fit in the chair at my favorite cafe and can do up my shoes without getting breathless. I sleep really well now and don't snore anymore. The best thing fir me is I can now walk 7km whereas I struggled to walk 400m when I started walking. I have another 25kg to lose.

I did carnivore for 3 months and lost 5 lbs but my dr said that I have alot to heal and weight will drop once my body is better. I’m 50 now and have chronic health issues and hormonal problems. Took us years to ruin our health so it’ll take time to lose and heal. You’ve done great and should be proud! Kerry you should consider mouth tape! Look into why people use it daily.

Jen, I have to say that I completely understand why it's annoying when people continue to ask about our weight~ it's such a weird thing among women, & I truly wish it would stop. I didn't even own a scale until a few months ago, but I still don't weigh myself often. I also did NOT lose ANY weight the first 2 yrs eating this way, & it turns out I was undereating & also my body was healing internally, even though I had zero known health issues. I just wasn't eating enough fat & protein. Anyhow, after almost 2 yrs, I finally lost about 30lbs~ that was almost a year ago & I haven't lost any more since. In my mind, I'd like to lose another 25-30, but who knows if I will, or when? We've been eating this way for just over 3 years now. My husband lost 60lbs right away, & he'd like to lose another 50. It's just not about the weight loss anymore, because I wouldn't trade all the other benefits for any amount of weight loss. No way. My point is, I think it's smart not to give too much attention to the weight questions. In this way, we focus on all of the truly important factors, like our mental wellbeing, our daily energy, and our longevity. This helps teach other people to do the same Jen, so well done. Enjoying life in AZDan & Sammie Whitson

So 2 dress sizes down - and a definite change in body composition! Will never return to the Standard Garbage Diet - Never. My brother started 3 weeks ago....he has lost 12 kg in 3 weeks - and still going strong!! So excited for his future! Thank you Kerry for all you are doing for HUMANITY!

Oh sweet beautiful Jen. You shouldn't have to tell the world how much you weigh or how much you have lost. I finally made it to my 1 year carnivore anniversary and am only down 47 lbs...47 Jen!!! I needed to lose about 80-90 pounds also. You're young and should lose it all within your 1st year but im almost 75 and have lost 6 different organs in my body. It's taken me forever but I'm still doing it. You are special and unique and God has given you a platform to help others on their journey. Preach it girl but don't let them nag you to tell your weight. That's between you and your scale. ❤😂😊 love you and your family. ❤ Jan DeHart

You are awesome Jenn, I have been on carnivore for only six weeks this is amazing. No pain in my hands. Which was a daily. Hypertension, reflux, fatty liver, pre-T2D (only because I decide not to go back to have the medical prophecy spoken over me) I started on Keto lost 30 pounds last November but still felt aweful. I started watching videos read tons of books got my sugar down . But since I’ve been on carnivore hand pain is so much better still gets sore when I overuse them, but I wake up pain free. No refux, hypertension is gone had to stop meds was feeling faint palpated BP is staying between 100-120 on the top now. Haven’t had my blood work done again but waiting until my first ninety days is done before I do that. I feel amazing. I measured because I have had to buy clothes 3 times they fit and a week later too big or too big when they get here. Down 18 inches in my torso since I started keto, but my clothes didn’t change until carnivore. Thanks for all the inspiration.

The benefit is autophagy which will help with any extra skin that may present during your weight loss. Hi to The Mann!!!❤ Great job! And yes Jen you are inspiring people who are searching for a way to loose weight that is sustainable. Meat and fat are so satisfying. I lost 70 pounds starting Sept 27, 2020. I have kept the extra weight off and am at my ideal weight at 130. I did it with strict keto, but many days it’s more carnivore.

You are an inspiration Jen! I’m doing Carnivore for health reasons and the weight loss will be a fantastic perk 😂 I’m already fed up with constantly being asked how much weight I’ve lost so far so I now tell people I’ve stopped weighing myself (I’m obviously still weighing myself every month and measuring 😂) but it’s my business and not the main reason I’m following the lifestyle

JEN!!!!!! Amen, amen, amen! You have just inspired me to try this carnivore diet for the Long Haul. I would only make it a couple of weeks and I would just get so depressed and sick of meat and want my sugar fix that I would give up. I love your attitude about it's about how you feel. I want to feel better too. And 30 plus pounds in 3 months is outstanding. I wish that I can do that. But I am like that person who weighs myself every single day sometimes multiple times a day because I want to lose more quickly and when I don't see the results I quit. But I'm going to put that scale away in a drawer and just focus on eating the bacon beef butter eggs coffee and some Dairy possibly and just focus on feeling better. Thank you Jen for your inspiration. I love your attitude. You are so sweet and funny

Can relate!! Ordered some new clothes and had to keep going down in size, kept choosing bigger than what I thought I was! 😂 now, I'm wearing one size away from what I wore in high school!!! Mind blown!! 🎉 Edited to add: this is after a 6 year journey, Jen! Patience pays off. I was a 2X - 3X. Now fitting in L shirts, sometimes M. Pants 12-14, amazes me!! (Lots of "stalls" in-between)

I'm 3 months on loose carnivore and lost 15 lbs. Im 3 lbs to my goal but will continue this way of eating for my health. My digestion has improved greatly, no more massive flatulence every day! I do like my occasional dessert or alcoholic beverage, so I haven't gone strict carnivore. I eat plain greek yogurt with blueberries and raspberries for snack. I eat pork rinds with sour cream. I mainly eat red meat, eggs, a little organic cheese, and bacon.

I have to just say thank you for the content that you and Kerry put out on KZread. I live across the lake in Northern Michigan. We used to have an amusement park located in North Muskegon called Deer Park, and then they changed it to Michigan Adventure. It was so fun when I was a kid to feed the deer. I bought a vibration plate because of Jen and Bill Nott, but when I have my headaches, I can not use it.

It's true Jen you inner mood and attitude have improved, and like you shared, you're now happy to wear other pretty colours like pink. I really love dusky pink, too, that you're wearing today 💗 Truly the beauty is shining thru. Praise God for all this. Please pray for me as I'm struggling to stay strict each day but persist because what else is there?? As Dory would say from Finding Nemo, "Just keep swimming."

I'm so happy for Jen. I can relate to a similar experience for me and also regard weight loss in that period of time. But then I got really bad keto flu gastro for weeks and then a piece of sourdough bread stopped it and confused my mind and then I started carnivore with a treat diet and gained 10kg back over eight months. Anyways it's a slow slog for me seeking to correct a damaged metabolism between life and having diabetes and being a cake maker. Too many factors. Anyways each day is a new day and I'm refining my resolve and learning lessons each day. I see now that perhaps it was was the coffee that was the man culprit to the kego flu extreme reaction as it seems that when carbs are excluded, the body no longer needs caffeine, and so I'm slowly reducing it and pushing it out woth rooibos tea which is caffeine free and therefore should be easier come summer to from that too. But we do what we need to do to heal, and each small step and choice is better than nothing. I love to bush walk, and eating carnivore way makes this more feasible because I have sustained energy, and my body seems to respond better
