😂🤣 Was that an actual fourth wall break for that? If so that’s hilarious! True though, the puppeteers probably wanted to joke about that. XD

I can't get over how well the puppetry holds up even today. All of the puppets are so lifelike and move quite naturally!!! Jim Henson was an incredible man, I wish he could see how loved his beloved fantasy world is now.

2:17 Okay, can we talk about how precious the Jen and Kira puppets are, ESPECIALLY when they smile, it’s more noticeable with Jen, but my gosh (call me crazy for simping for a puppet), but really, that whole shot of Jen first seeing Kira love struck smiling was GORGEOUS. 😊 2:33 2:31 It hurts a bit to know these two these days, while LUCKILY preserved, aren’t in the best of shape from age now, not sure where they’ve been years ago, but they are now at some exhibit on display and because of that though look alright, (not so much everything but mostly the faces… they don’t look cute and innocent like in the movie but now unfortunately old and kinda shriveled… poor things… ) I really hope some professional restorer out there could fix them and hopefully get them back to looking as good as this one day. :) However at the Puppetry Of Arts, there was a bigger Jen that looked really good similar to this original in the film, not sure about Kira…

It's not known very vell which one of skeksis cracked The Crystal. They were freshly separated from Mystics, and they didn't had any clothes then

is it me or are these gelfling puppets more expressive than the gelflings in the new series? don't get me wrong I liked age of resistance, but so many of the gelflings felt stiff and expressionless
