Super adorable! My boyfriend has a brown schipperke, who has a full tail (yay!) and is super smart. He doesn't do much with him, except love him. I'm the resident task master who reinforces sit-stays, etc. Actually got him to go on an abandoned kids play station--he climbed the stairs, went thru the tube, and down the slides--all for a treat and praise. He is, however, an unrepentant thief! Steals everything. Hard to get him to bring it back as it becomes a big game...

@@salekondrej The basic breed standard for Schipperkes is all black , but they can be brown or blond , even white , but non black Schipperkes can only be shown in a few countries .

Schipperke's come in black, cream, chocolate and blue. Only black can be shown in AKC. Remember Groucho: Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog...it's too dark to read.@@salekondrej

jenda bota My schipperke was good and bad, but I adopted him when he was 7 years old and I’m pretty sure he may have been abused and neglected. He had a few physical ailments also, towards the end of his life he started to have seizures. He’s been gone for six years now and I still miss him so much. Every time it thundered he would shake uncontrollably. All I could do was love him and get him through every storm.
