6:42 one correction The jogger actually didn't see the bat and ran away because he was petrified. What actually happened was that, the day when Jeffrey decided to bludgeon the jogger, he hid in the bushes with the bat. However, the jogger never showed up that day which made Jeffrey realise his actions and that what he was doing, was wrong. He, thus never made any futher attempts to attack the jogger.

There is some change in the story. The jogger didn't come so he couldn't kill him. Jeffrey went to that dead person house and he got excited seeing a the dead body ( extremely disgusting). It's also said by a psychologist ( which is a confession of Jeffrey's mother) that he was engaged in necrophilia so he used to dig a lot of body from the cemetery. He used muramic acid in order to create a zombie not hot water. This is wt I got from interviews. I might be wrong. Jeffrey's story is a perfect example for y mental health is so important. When you feel uneasy u need help and it's ok to get it. Jeffrey was not a psychopath but just a sociopath.
