He is perfection. I tear up at Lilac Wine every time when he hits that long lilting note, it’s to God. He embodies the male & female energy at its apex. His band are angels. Their music has made my life so nourished and alive. Thank you to everyone who made it happen. I love you

No one can forget the first time they heard "Grace" for the very first time in its entirety. I knew nothing about his father until I saw him on an episode of The Monkees and the similarity of Jeff's voice and Tim's voice kinda took me by surprise. DNA is a wonderful thing.
I can't imagine the music we would have if he were still alive..such a tragic loss...we didn't deserve him!!!

yeah me too...I read that he had trouble writing songs towards the end...maybe because of alcohol...I don’t know

@@maximehedin7143 I don't think it was any kind of alcohol or drugs (pretty sure there was nothing in his system when he died)....I really think God took him like he did Enoch (if you don't know read your Bible!)....He was to good for this world...

I love him so incredibly much, such a beautiful person that made so many beautiful songs. Today was 27 years ago he died and it has made shed some tears, to be honest I have sobbed. Wish he was here with us still, he would’ve made so many masterpieces. I love you Jeff.

@@Oyuki-Mayonesa yeah they sound amazing. There’s actually lots of cool iso vocals on KZread for people like Chris Cornell too. I also found one for Jeff’s ‘Morning Theft’ - definitely recommend a search around

@MUFC That was recorded at Middle East in Cambridge (Boston). It’s from the same show as the black and white Lover, You Should’ve Come Over performance that was published on Jeff’s official KZread channel, a few years ago. Sadly, the entire show remains tucked away in Sony’s vaults.
