Wynton Marsalis said Miles Davis' sound is feminine, the same is true of Jeff Beck.

The blue planet is in a tremendously lesser place of beauty without the magnificence of Jeff Beck holding court..

This is one of the most beautiful live recordings of all time. Unparalleled mastery. Brilliant, evocative, supremely lush and sweeping, it never fails to stir me deeply.

Beck was out of this world, he was able to make his guitar sing in a way no one else could. He had such a distinct way of playing, one that no other guitarist will ever be able to recreate. A true guitar legend. Rest in power

My dad loved this recording. He passed away on February 16 2022. He dreamt of going to Ronnie Scott's. This year on February 16 I was in London and visited this place for the first time.

One of his most melodic and expressive arrangements, getting the fluidity and nuance of a sitar out of his Stratocaster. Compared to Jeff, everyone else just crudely fools around with the whammy bar. Mastery.

I was there for the whole week,6 shows ,in 5 days, residency by Jeff Beck. I was put in the front row by Jeff's management because during the first show, someone kept standing up playing "Air Guitar". So on this video I am with my friend David in the front row,as I was the entire rest of the week. This was David's favorite song, RIP my friend 10-21-2022...
