Jeep YJ 8.8 Swap - I take you through the process of installing the rear disk brake calipers and brake lines on the Ford Explorer 8.8 I swapped into my Jeep Wrangler YJ.

It's also illegal to single flare brake lines, I believe. Buy the double flare kit and it'll last you a lifetime. I bought mine in the mid '70's and were worth the investment.
Ya one thing you forgot to mention before choosing a location to mount your braket to make sure your clearance because if im not mistaken your bump stops actually hit on the ubolts on a stock yj and xjs

Where is your video where you removed the Dana 35 and installed the 8.8? I am looking to do the same with my '92 YJ.

Where can I get a power addicts decal?
If I use the lines from 8.8 explorer. Will I not connect to the yj- soft line from housing to hardline on yj(frame)
What is that orange stuff that you used? I didn't hear clearly. I just got an 8.8 out of a '02 Explorer truck. It has the limited slip. What are you using for E brake cables? Also are you using the YJ master etc?
