Anyone have issues with an unfinished hardtop interior? New 24 Sahara 4xe and there are spots where it’s very rough and when you rub it white shit is falling down everywhere. This was not an issue on other jeep 2020 wrangler sport. Inside was smooth everywhere. And I don’t want to hear jeeps are rugged. I don’t wanna hear get the headliner. I wanna know why no one at jeep understands this seems like a factory issue. Thing needed more sanding 100% but I can’t find any thing anywhere about it. Every jeep in the dealer has the same issue but in different spots.

I would love a base model 2 door with air conditioning, 6MT and winter package. Ideal jeep imo

Probably the same way body shops use the same paint guns to paint different cars. I’d assume the robots have a clean cycle between colors that sprays thinner or cleaner through the system

They are made at a different company called Dana. I've never tried to look but I'm sure you can look up Dana on y outube and find a video.

Really cool. I can see why my Gladiator has a crappy paint job now. Saw those paint sprayers laying uneaqual coats and the clear coat looks like it stoppped before finishing top of window channel. Been in automation over 30yrs and love watching robotics going at it.
