Thank you for making my Jeep!!!
I used to work at a dealership as a prep man. I would get the vehicles straight from the delivery transporter and get them ready for customers. You would be surprised how dirty they get, especially with Rail dust. Wash, wax, fluid and safety checks, road test. I loved that job because I drove a brand new one's everyday. I always appreciated these types of videos because it shows what it takes to make them, and I considered myself a part of the assembly line. The part people forget about and think they come shrink wrapped and ready to go instantly.
I'm looking forward to seeing a video of them building the 392!
I like my 97 TJ I did a crate motor all painted and gone through everything. So much more rewarding having done the electrical and hoses and everything such a wonderful badass vehicle.
I think MOPAR is missing an opportunity. Do y’all realize how many people (including myself) would pay money to go in that factory to see first hand how their Jeep was “born”?

I even drove to a dealer in Toledo and asked if they could get me in. No luck.
Damn, I wish I could restore my old Jeep as fast as they can build new ones!
I love to watch these and other how it's made videos, I find them to be fascinating. To me the most remarkable are the robot painters. You can't tell me that those aren't people dressed up like robots.....I see 'em
Driven by the plant many times, cool to see what's going on inside there!!!!
God bless the America 🇺🇸
This is nice. The GM plant I worked in was a 110 degree sh*thole! My time study was 57 seconds a minute! You worked your ass off! GM had a different business plan every year.
I can not wait to see Stellantis Jeep JT include long bed (6-feet) for the Gladiator.
I'd Love to work there 👍
I'm over here like.. I know that guy, and that guy, and her.... and that guy was my boss for a little bit...

That’s the new 4xE power train
@3:58 The first start up is crucial.
What day was the Toledo North video taken? There is a small chance I saw my Wrangler in the background of this video!
Cool to see Jessie Pinkman found gainful employment
What suprises me about the chassis is not putting rubber bungs over all the holes to stop muck getting in, a friend rebuilt an old Defender onto a new chassis that was waxoiled inside and outside before fitting and then all holes in the chassis covered, a little while ago he put an inspection camera inside the chassis rails and no rust and no muck!!

This gets me as well. My Jeep Wrangler TJ is rotting from the inside out because of the ingress of water over the years. You’d think they would’ve addressed this issue.

An electronic Jeep is worthless, seeing as the range that I need for my Rubicon traveling through the mountains would not allow a recharge. But I carry extra gas for that which works perfectly.
It's really beautiful Do not forget your liking

I don’t like the fact that Toledo union employees are not required to wear uniforms except the paint blemish detail employees. When in 8th grade we took a field trip to the Chevy Vega assembly plant. That tour convinced me to get a higher education.
9:05 that explains it read the guys T-shirt on the left Cheap jeep glad I don’t own one😏

Or are you sure the shirt wasn't referring to America in general, or is it a shirt from a party, or a barcrawl or who knows what?! Lol. To see a shirt that is open for a million interpretations & say you don't want a product because of whatever you attach your feelings to, is about as silly as it sounds.

Why the facking hell dont they use real workclothes and safetyshoes than these clothes.. ? And this is almost in all US factories , not in bmw in USA. Looks so unprofessional.... only safety googles...
I had to rent a vehicle 4-5 years go & ended up with a Dodge Caliber; biggest turd on wheels. It was gutless. I think it had a CVT transmission & was awful. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being best, styling was -5.
I will never purchase Jeep products ever again. World renowned junk. I'm just glad the American tax payer will never have to bail this company out again.
Poor workmanship
Off the assembly line and straight into the scrap yard

How so? Please explain.
Jesus Christ on a stick! With the exception of paint inspection, why is everyone dressed like a slob. They look like they rolled out of bed and put on whatever was lying on the floor. The robots look better than most of the assemblers. Now view assembly of a Toyota or an Audi and look at the professionalism of workers. Who would you rather build your vehicle? Show some self respect people.
Overpriced junk!
