Your video seemed so stable, gave a complete idea of the fabulous ride quality of the Meridian.

I like this car a lot, from the design language to its off-road capabilities. The only deal breaker for me is that engine ! Jeep should have given it a more powerful engine at least in the 4x4 configuration :(

The power could have been better. Obviously this car will cost atleast 40-45 lakhs on road but the Xuv700 which is almost 15 lakhs cheaper has more power on offer.

Don’t go just by numbers, go and ride it. I own a Jeep Compass facelift model S and the sheer driving pleasure is 10 times better than xuv700. Please test drive the vehicle

This is actually so much better than the fortuner . Never understood the fan following for it . At one point in time it was good but the competition has beaten it long ago …

Looks soo good big, bulky pure SUV stance but the segment they are placing this is very tough to beat coz we all know fortuner rules there if I would have choice between these two going for this will be a no brainer its way more feature loaded than the fortuner power is on lower side on this one but still it's ample

limited space in the 3rd row is what makes it hard to recommend because the fortuner is there. And if u dont need 7 seats then there are better cheaper options

Fortuner is definitely overpriced but it also comes with great after sale service, low maintenance and best road presence. meridian just isn’t it. Only XUV900 seems it could do something in future.

@@sillyom7071 Don't think Meridian is trying to dethrone Fortuner. It can just slot into the place of Endy. Yes, it doesn't have the road presence of Fortuner or after sales-service. However, whenever a product gets sold in huge numbers, sales-service too upticks. We are seeing a number of Compass these days on road. Hopefully with this growing sell volume, their service network increases.

Great video. Facts. Fortuner is over glorified. The only thing Meridian lacks compared to the Fortuner is the engine and power. But, This car provides just the adequate power needed for this segment. Hands down, Jeep Meridian is a better car than Fortuner.

Sir is it worth buying fortuner 4x2 AT Mostly I am going to drive myself alone and sometimes there may be 3 more passenger with me at most, my driving will be 60 % on highway and 40% in the city..mileage is not my concern .. My priorities are driving performance and pleasure, safety,design, Comfort and reliability.. There should be enough features for daily use . The only issue I think will be it's 6 speaker system as I love to hear quality music and i am not a big fan of aftermarket things.... I am also considering jeep meridian it checks all the boxes the only Cons I found are Its design (looks similar like compass and it's side design is not as appealing as fortuner) and second is it's engine performance, can you please guide me which will be a better choice as I am going to keep the car for long term and don't want to regret my decision or get bored with car after 2-3 years
