@@abymathew295 To be honest I don't feel it is under powered... It's just the tuning of the gearbox that makes it feel a bit lethargic at lower speeds... Once crossed 60-70 it just takes off and great ride comfort and stability !

@@genisysprime2384 It's not meant for super quick overtakes but has enough grunt to easily pull after 60-70 kmph to 150 kmph. Sufficient for our Indian roads .. Interiors feel plush and build quality is mostly good... Could have been improved in a few places...

In the key of meridian, they could have had 2 buttons to open and close the rear doors and they could have had a button to open the sunroof but it is still very good

@@swapnilmishra1022 yeah that is an option with me too but believe me meridian has enough features and I am not a big fan of adas..the ride quality, saftey and looks of meridian are just amazing. I just travelled to udaipur from Ahmedabad and this car just flies on highways. Meridian is in next orbit when compared with safaris, xuvs of the world

Mr Rachit, we love your videos however in this one i was waiting till last minute for the “asli test” the 4x4 test/off-road test. These two cars are known for off-roading capabilities esp Fortuner. Tad disappointed, but hope we get to see in future

Hi rachit synthetic engine oil or normal engine oil mein kya difference hai I think Indian weather to I can’t recommend this

Meridian for me, is better than Fortuner for sure. Looks and feels premium, how exactly it should be for the price.

One big miss is the infamous body roll and bouncy suspension on the fortuner. This makes it pathetic as a highway cruiser compared to great handling and advanced suspension on meredian. This is a big factor for anyone looking to buy so surprised how you guys missed it completely 🤣

Pls test drive the new fortuner, u will be surprised by new suspension, ventilated seats , JBL 11 speaker with subwoofer, perfect damping inside reduced noise ,both seats powered, 360* camera option available at dealer. Only sunroof missing . By the way bullet proof engine and maintenance is negligible, 500nm torque and 201bhp makes fortuner the best suv in India as of today

However, on the reliability part, I agree completely and it's not even mentioned that much in the video. The point was that the one of the biggest positive of meredian (handling and ride quality) was not highlighted and same with the biggest negative (body roll) for fortuner

I watch the Video and it was very informative as usual till 5min 28sec but after that I haven't watch as the engine oil endorsement disappointed me , though it has taken care with wear and tear topic but I would like to request one thing to motoroctane as I follow and like your videos , Keep advertising or endorsement while starting the video so we can watch it in a flow without any Distraction in between It's just a suggestion from myside Thanks

price increase. and then dynamics. toyota have already clicked the perfect tune, now any change will move things one way so that's y they are keeping it like this. Plus its a true city + highway + off-roader which none other are offering, except endeavour. So any disbalance and it will lose lot of edge. And its a global product so demand is driven by all customers. And for comfort there is Innova already which is a city MPV and its no slouch, it easily beats Gloster and Safari in its handling ABS EBD etc and its tuned as a tarmac lover.

Hatchback - Hyundai i20 Turbo Petrol. Compact SUV - Venue/Sonet Turbo Petrol is good for milage + performance combination, Brezza is also good if you don't expect performance from it...! Nexon is best, but its Petrol engine is shitty...less milage and also doesn't perform as per on paper specifications...! If you like Nexon, just buy diesel. Or else go for base models of Creta/Seltos...!

Being a Fortuner owner myself, I much prefer the Meridian overall. The only thing missing in the Meridian is power. But realistically we're not really using the full power of Fortuner anyway. Jeep Meridian is the better car. End of story.
