Jeep Custom Amplifier Beauty Panel - Complete! - CarAudioFabrication

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The Jeep amplifier rack beauty panel is now complete! In this video I apply the white upholstery vinyl and finish wrapping the cover. This completes the build complete with molded metal mesh, edge lit LED acrylic plexiglass and a laser etched sponsor panel. This makes the Rockford Fosgate Amplifiers and Audio Control Processor look at home in the Jeep.

If you thought this box was cool you’ll love seeing what I did with the custom amp rack, step by step build details in the following 20 video playlist! (Long link since it’s a playlist) kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZZyklLaeaZS0eag.html

I have watched several of your videos. Right now I just have my three amps, dist. blocks, and 6-way x-over mounted on 1/2" mdf with a 1/4" Plexiglas sheet mounted 5 inches above because I also use my Trailblazer for work purposes. But I have gotten many new ideas I'm thinking about trying from your videos to enhance the looks and free up the space for cargo. Thanks dude. You do awesome work.

Love your videos always great knowledge being shared. I have an idea for the project. Have two 10s or eights pointing down at the amp rack separated with a split down the center. Then to show off the subs and amp they flip up pointing at each other and showing the amp rack. That may be tough for many people but you could totally do it!

2019 and I'm just now seeing this series. It does look nice, but if I'm being honest--the trim ring over-hanging the cut-outs along that one side would bother me to the point of redoing it...if I had his skills lol.

Hey mark, you may have already answered this in another video, but is there any fundamental reason you went for an AudioControl DSP rather than a 3Sixty.3 (since the build is sponsored by Rockford and all)?

Do not end with cut against a corner. Just make there a little curve. This will prevent from further cracking of material ( upholstery )
