bro that bumper is a beast i love it.
I used JB weld on my old Jeep, but, like your idea better! Thanks for the quick tip!
You could’ve tried to put bumper plugs into the whole that would’ve worked fine and look great
Nice tip! I got a Jeep TJ with hard roof, do you have an idea on how to take it off by myself? The roof includes a rack that makes it heavier. I was thinking to take out my winch and weld it to something and add some poles to hang it on my garage.
faster with less chance of damaging the braised rack holes further is to run a tap into the threads to clean and seal with a flowing sealant such as "plew" that is used to seal complex metal shapes at corner intersections in window manufacturing. A flowing epoxy can also work tho curing time is longer.
3M 5200 would be a better permanent sealant. RTV is silicone which is a gasket. Not a sealant. Otherwise that's a good trick. Use 4200 if you think you might ever want to remove it. Or 3200 if you just want it to be mostly permanent. These are all polyurethane based sealants. Chemical cure/hardening.
Always enjoy your videos! Mostly no F -bombs!! or really any bad language.

Men cuss. We ain't pansies
How do you patch holes in reynobond?
Even cheaper would have been to use a 1/2" diameter electrical box knock-out slug.
Awesome little trick I thought about using Christmas tree clips since mine was barley hanging on I can't believe everyone wants 3 dollars for those grommets absolutely insane!
Simply outstanding!👍👍👍
You could also cut out small squares from beer cans. Same difference, except now you've increased the value of your Jeep. :) Pulling the rack off my 88 Chevy van so I can install one that actually functions for stuff. :) Cheers, *A.
badass bumper

yes i can't afford to replace the control panel the thing that has the knob you turn fan on with, I thought maybe there was a way to hook a switch to turn it on with a toggle switch, thanks

thanks, is there a way to do a vid on how to take it out and put it in?
Is your jeep a daily driver or is it strictly an off-road only?

your black jeep and my 98 both bleepinjeep
Next time glue dollars coins on the jeep, it will increase the retail value of the jeep And it will increase 15hp per coin.
Hmm you TOTALLY should put an exoskeleton on that jeep lol
That mounting system has to be the worst idea Jeep has ever used. I tried to replace the threaded inserts on my jeep which were making a rattling noise, but none of the after market parts I bought from Jeep ever worked. Ended up ditching my roof rack. Bad Jeep! Bad!

That's the case for most oem roof racks, GM isnt much better. OEM roof racks are a total waste of time and cause of rust holes/and standing water. Wish i could have taken that feature off on my van when it was purchased. The repair here is a bit questionable tho. At least fiberglass over the affected area to ensure the exposed metal and your nickel is now protected.
Says in the most boring voice ever lol we don't do boring things 🤣
that not cheap you. u payed 5¢ per hole
