Just did the water pump yesterday and I didn’t touch a single bolt that wasn’t directly connected to the pump. So six bolts in total. Got it off and on just fine. Even left the idler pulley on. Except.. I had the timing cover off already and all the coolant washed over the old timing chain and into the oil pan.

Flush the oil pan...several times

Also looks like the washer on your exhaust bolt isn’t seated straight (on both intake and exhaust manifold). Double check those!🤟
