@@AlaskafishStudios The AT-AT seen in Jedi Fallen Order is similar to the one we see in Rebels. The back gun and ball-mounted main guns etc. gives that away. The ones we see on Hoth are newer models and likely more armored and stuff, even if slightly smaller than the ones seen here.

@I Have no idea what my name is Because the back turret would be vestigial with whatever blasterproof armor they were using. You can even see that the troop bay in this video was full of dead Stormtroopers. The implication is that the crew is poorly protected even while inside and exposing themselves to fire is just not effective for what the vehicle is made for. So later they ditch the turret, add more armor and use the troop bay to deploy troops after smashing enemy defenses instead of wasting talent trying to protect a shitty hull. As for size I’m gonna boil it down to trying to make a smaller target since this silhouette would draw a fuckton of enemy artillery/mortar/rocket/cannon fires. Rare case of the Empire giving a shit about quality, but I would too if this one walker was essentially your best weapon to stomp the enemy with.

I love how even in the game they include Forest Whitaker’s droopy eye

Once he started to fire on them they didn't really have chance to get good shoot on him since each hit kept causing there at-at head to shake to where they couldn't get good aim on him

Kinda appreciate how they were actually taken seriously when they said "it isn't made for close air support". Usually when someone says that, they're forced into it anyway, and either do amazingly for no reason or die instantly.

I've never played this game, so seeing the thumbnail made me think we were gonna walk around inside a derelict AT-AT and deal with spooky stuff. However, seeing them move with all them plants stuck to their sides made it even spookier to me.

@@lostarchdragon507 I'd offer you a better solution, Tie Fighters are only as good and nimble as they are in space. But many fighters have greatly reduced performance once when they enter the atmosphere, which is where the LAAT was designed to operate in based off of its name. Factor in that an LAAT could probably take more hits than a Tie Fighter, they're fighting in a terrain they were built for, and have multiple powerful turrets at their disposal, I'm not surprised they'd be quite effective here. Have this set in space though and you'd have a completely different scene

well you can still be knocked unconscious even if you are wearing a helmet, helmets only protect the outside of your head, but your brain can still rattle on the inside, hit your skull, and knock you out. though getting a love tap like in the video shouldn't get you knocked out, since it looked like he hit them together with the strength of a small child.

Actually almost all stormtroopers in the empire were volunteers who were just desperate for work and apparently stormtroopers get alot of tax benefits and will be paid a pretty good pension for the rest of their life after their service contract is up and they are free to retire so that's what most of them are actually fighting for lol.

This was one of most fun moments in this game 🙂. Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order is an amazing and fun game .

Takeover AT-AT turn it against the Empire reminds me of Black Ops 1 Payback where you takeover Soviet Hind and turn it against other communist forces and fight through jungle valley.

Doing this in NG+ with the x wing pilot Orange outfit & poncho is the best. Adds so much replayability for me and it gets better every time.

Seeing Republic Gunships fighting TIE Fighters and AT-ATs is so oddly euphoric.

One of my favorite parts of the game. It just feels and looks amazing.

Seeing the AT-AT Walker's remind me of this dream that I had back when I was a small child. I dreamed that I had this classic dark blue with chrome trim and white pin striping VW Beetle car that was able to turn it's self into an AT-AT.

Helmets only protect the outside of your head. it takes most of the blow, but with enough force your brain can still smash against your skull on the inside and knock you out. the way he smashed them together looked weak, but im sure it was supposed to look way harder than that.

I can't get over how they let him brutalize those dying scout troopers, then the pilots got off with a cheesy Batman golden age headbutt. Like the troopers from before sounded terrified as he maimed them.

This is the first time I ever saw the inside of a at at,like it never shows in any movies or most of the games

Star wars empire strike back there are some scene inside of AT AT.

In Jedi knight 2 the lightsaber was capable to cut limbs, that was a technology of many years ago, here it only made sparks when made contact.

It's more a advertising and selling point. They made star wars games less brutal to make them teen friendly.

I wish there was a game just about the empire and just the empire we get to be different troopers for a campaign or even every type of trooper against the rebels giving me a chance to go back playing a star wars game.

The Gameplay is seriously smooth 👌 The GRAPHICS are PHENOMENAL 👍👍👍

I don't know why but When BD-1 Speaks/Beeps to the AT-AT drivers I imagined that he said "Hello there" in Droidspeak

ATAT were truly massive beast even with a weakness like all things

This was probably the only portion of the game I'd honestly describe as 100% fun and joy filled.

What an amazing sequence!

The graphics are insanely good. So cool

TIE fighters, both LN's and interceptors, have poorer atmospheric performance (this was stated both in Legacy and Canon sources). Too bad they wouldn't utilize TIE Strikers for a while yet. Really never seemed like the Imperial Army or Navy put a lot of focus on planetary dogfighting.

There is the Imperial Air Force. Which are more planet base and do not have any fighters or bombers that can go into space. They are always at odds with the Navy pilots. All because the two factions believe they are better than the other. Though, for more planetary air combat. I'd go for a dedicated air force, and their fighters are meant to flight in the atmosphere. To which they have better performance and able to run circles around anything the Rebels could bring.
