Thank you very much for including the price! Not many boat review videos show the price in AUD!

Hi, I know I really want to have a look on the 1095 Fly, unfortunately there were none at the Boat Show this year. The other one that was missing was the Cap Camarat. Hopfully next year!

Great video. Thinking of purchasing a new 895 sport. Wondering if you could do a video on storage (above and below deck) someday. Also curious if you think a gyro stabilizer (MC2 x5) would fit in the lazarette or elsewhere. Love your videos. 👍

Thanks for the idea. There is a lot of storage in the lazarette. Not sure about the size of a gyro but I'm sure it would fit.

Seems to be one error in the numbers by Jeanneau. The 895 do not have an 2.81 beam. It is 2.99m 😉 Most likely copy paste from 795.

Hi, I have an 895 and as feedback to Jeanneau I would like to mention: 1: The captains footrest should be foldable so it can be tucked away. 2: The frame for the canopy is too weak. Unsupported, for example when the canopy is not deployed, 40 knot winds (from the stern) will break it and snap the single delicate supporting strap. Two virtical ish poles, port and starboard, to support the frame would be a good upgrade. (adjustable to fit onto the rear seat unit when moved for and aft) 3: The door handles are poor quality and break easily. 4: There is a general issue with the fuel venting system, I am currently waiting for a fix as i can fill the port tank at full speed but it takes forever to fill the starboard tank because the fuel has to be dribbled in slowly with regular splashback. But meanwhile I love my 895, got the sport version. Enjoying the rudder looking forward to more.

Thanks Simon, some good observations there. 1. I haven't been annoyed by the footrest but I can certainly see the advantage of folding it up. Especially at anchor so the door is more accessible. 2. The bimini at the back isn't great. We were quoted $5000 to get a new frame built (didn't do it). Would be awesome with a fold out bimini to take advantage of good weather. 3. Totally agree, I can also smell fuel on the starboard tank even when everything is locked up tight. I also wish there was a single fuel filling cap with the two tanks regulating the load between them. I understand they kept them separate so if you get bad fuel. BUT the odds are if the fuel is bad you filled up both tanks with bad fuel. Thanks for liking the Rudder!

@@TheRudder Just as an update and sharing knowledge, I researched the venting issue and some jeanneau owners had it and had physically blown into the vent using their mouth. . Anyway i did this a few times and today i filled up with no issues. Whatever!.
