The defense is freaking mental

The range of political storm is insane, safe, and can hit confirm. Also have a hell sweep, parry, good mix, also good poke. Stance that's can break guard set up like Steve but more deadly cause can mix mid, low or high. Lol it's fcking oppressive.... and aggressive. With that said. She's definitely an A tier or S tier.

"Lydia seems balanced and Pro's only say she's brocken because they don't know the matchup!"... JDCR gets no round browned first round and then proceeds to lose the whole set!

@@playmaker3116 yeah, with even more thought into it, AK's air throw is pretty much an inverted body slam you could call it, just like spine buster, but if you're facing the opponent and give them a spine buster, it's now an "inverted spine buster" aka the nut cracker! Lol

So many of lidya's force you into crouch and then you have to guess limitless stages helps a little bit so you don't get push to the wall were she is probably the strongest

On a recent tournament, Jeondding ki charged JDCR 3 times in a set. Then I was happy when Low High 2-0'd him in 5 mins.

This is a nitpick but a shining wizard is the leg(knee) kick to the face. Those are just running power bomb variations that end combos

You are correct. In wrestling, a shining wizard is when a wrestler gets a running knee to the face as they are trying to stand up. But TMM is also correct. In tekken, a shining wizard is any running throw (fff 2+3). This is because the first running throw in tekken (King's) was an actual shining wizard as seen in wrestling. So "shining wizard" became synonymous with "fff 2+3". Over time, as other characters got running throws, the name "shining wizard" stuck around.

Lidia is just another one of those spammy mashy characters that have 0 frames of recovery on 99% of her arsenal.

Hey TMM, I just recently started picking up tekken and watching your videos. I love the vids and your genuine personality in them (I even started watching them when I'm eating lol). But anwyays, I was wondering, how can I get coaching from you? because I want to play aggressive and not just brainless mashing type of aggressive in games, but i always find myself just defending and punishing. In practice I can mostly remember what moves hit where and if they're + or - framed on block and stuff, but I just cant transition that into pressuring my opponent in game, it just turns into this awkward poking game where im hoping 80% of my stuff will hit. From your videos it's clear that you are a great player and I just wanted to know if you could help me. Also I'm very thankful for your videos, they make me love the game even more!

I personally don't think Lydia is S teir maybe mid to high A, she seems VERY good linearly especially when she gets a knockdown but she's vulnerable to side step and needed her stances to get real pressure going. She's like a train, takes a minute to get going but hard to stop after she gets going

It is not even hidden. JDCR played amazingly, clearly better than his opponent but had to give in to Lydia's spam and her nonexistent recovery. What can regular players who would just like to enjoy the game do when they find a Lydia in ranked? I'm done with Tekken 7 but I would like to see a more interesting show during the EVO.

Ah the F 1+2,3,2,1 by Lidia is so beautiful. Probably my favorite move in her whole moveset next to of course 1+2 alone. Canceling that move is so fun.

Lidia has much to say about since the sponsors of a top player refused to keep on the tournament because of her, i never saw that before in other tekken games, not even in tag 2 where unbalance was an everyday thing
