2019, he's still saying you can't mill the rim off completely on the 850 cvt because it will damage the sheaves. JBS has been running them since 2017 with zero issues.

Ordered my JBS kit for my 17 Grizzly 700 a while back, the guy was super pleasant to deal with. He gave me a discount, and also dealt with all my questions and numerous phone calls until I made up my mind. I love this guy, and his products. The other guys suck, and its pretty clear if you do your research. I love this video, nothing like some good ol' honest truth. JBS! Buy the best, Fuck the rest!

got a clutch kit from jbs and gained 10 mph and loads of torque. well worth the money. James at jbs is super helpful with any questions . I called him several times while installing the kit and he was very knowledgeable which made the job much easier. JBS all the way!!

I have a machine that only one company makes clutch parts for. So of I may ask how many mm should I shave off my 0rimary sheaves going from a 26" to a 30" tire. I was going to machine 2mm off each side. I just wanna lower my overall gear not gain speed.

@@WVHotRodRhino no. It had the cheaper style sheave on it ,(where the splines are at most 1/8" thick)....that pressed insert was not on it at all. Evidently when the original owner had it worked on, they lost the insert or knocked it put and forgot to put it or press it back in??? I have a HiSun 600cc ATV and robbed the sheave off it. It pulls great now!

about 2 years ago, I got involved in sxs and like everyone else, wanted to learn about free/cheap mods. I found some Hworks videos including the one shown and some "technical papers". First, let me say that I know this is a grassroots sport and many products evolved thanks to good ole tinkering and trial & error... But, as a mechanical engineer, listening to the Hworks talk in terms of absolutes yet saying "I guess" about everything made me cringe. Good thing he don't build bridges. I find your products and descriptions much more intriguing, valid, and descriptive. This is not to say yours is as technical as say Yamaha's own engineering team, but everything described is more recognized and generally accepted. good luck to you sir, and one day I will be a customer.

@@WVHotRodRhino wow just found this video better late than never i guess .......if the parts are better and the customer service is as good as ive read then i dont see it as unprofessional. looks more to me like your proud of your work and the r&d you put in to make it the best you can. id be mad as hell if someone was selling shit that didnt work as well as mine and telling everyone they were the best. anyway i will be calling after the last ride of this year to order a full kit for my 2012 grizzly 700 im not very happy with the 1.5 shim and epi gold spring and 29.5 outlaw 2s. needs more low end seems to me its really hard on the wet clutch now but its ok after about 6 to 8 mph
