GYMCADDY Good day! Have you tried connecting a Pulse 2 and a Flip 3? Coz i have tried it and it only shows Party mode on the JBL connect app. It doesn't show the stereo mode that i bought the speakers for. Thanks

My Pulse 2 was two years out of warranty and jbl are replacing it for free (stopped charging due to input problem), so they've got a life-long fan for that.

Because I want to hear the difference between the pulse 3 and charge 3

I just picked up one of these for free at work, it was a years of service anniversary gift.

Wish if JBL sold grips/tripods for JBL Pulse 2 and 3 to place speakers horizontally without rolling for gaming setups and TV's , like if you agree!.

TMBRO I have the pulse 2. It can sit horizontally no problem, it's not perfectly round so it doesn't roll. I use it for my tv and computer. You'll need a bluetooth tv though.

Can you do the sound check to with the same songs on the Jbl charge 3

yes, thats the main sale of the Pulse 3. And its hands downs the best light show on the market. you can see the lights in action at the end of this video in the sound test.

I like the old Design more.

I like the pulse 2 design more since it allows for horizontal or verticle placement. The pulse 3 is designed as a standing speaker. Better if you're just using as a computer speaker, but not as versatile as the pulse 2. Want to get another pulse, would get the pulse 3 as a dedicated desk speaker, but have to compare prices, the 3 isn't worth paying a significant amount more. Edit - at $200 I wouldn't get the pulse 3. I got the pulse 2 for $100, and can probably find that price again. Rather get 2 more pulse 2's for the price of a pulse 3.

@@viziobehringer3633 Ended up throwing mine out years ago. Had for about a year or two then the bluetooth kept disconnecting and would just start randomly beeping all hours of the day. Loud enough to that it kept waking me up during the night and had to leave it powered off. Had to disconnect and pair the bluetooth over and over again only for it to disconnect soon after. Tried with multiple phones and computers, same issue. Never had an issue with any other bluetooth device so it was definitely a loss in faith with JBL for me. Great sound when it worked and the lighting was cool, but it was junk.

@@baseballhunter42 I think all products have there duds. I actually bought it cause my bose soundlink just doesn't charge anymore. Bought it brand new and it's been having this issue on and off lately so started looking for a back up speaker. Never tried jbl before but I've been using it a ton and haven't noticed any problems what's so ever! I actually perfer the sound over the bose and I thought I wouldn't care about the lighting but it's awesome especially when I'm using it while playing guitar feels like a small concert in my room! 😁

The charge 3 got a software update that let's it pair to JBL connect plus. But no software has come out for the pulse 2

tinyfish with very good sound and multiple light modes and 12hrs duration!

One tip use less ad spots because some viewers would get annoyed had it also use max 3 and not to close to each other but overall really nice video 👌

No you can't

So to activate Google assistant id need to download the google home app plus the JBL app?

It's too big and lights don't cover as much area as pulse 2. I'm gonna buy 2 version to have it on my bicycle

Just bought a pulse 3 white for €169 instead of €200 because this one was the last in the store and they weren't stocking up on them anymore.

Stereo mode only works with two identical speakers. The app even tells you this.

DAMN the bass and clarity seems to be a huge difference looks may be subjective but hands down the sound quality is way better I'd say the pulse 2 is amazing but suffers clarity do too how much more covered the speakers are and what not I will definitely buy a case for mine asap when I get one tho cause I some how always get dents or scratchs on my stuff it's so aggravating ahah Anyway great video!

After watching this video, I went out to buy a Pulse 3 but it's not selling anywhere including the Amazon link. Where did you get yours from???

Garet Zorin The Xtreme has amazing sound and bass, but if you are going to use a speaker at parties get the Pulse 3, it looks much more impressive.

Aqua Affinity if you're wanting a rugged outdoor speaker, there are much better options. But the light show feature on this is pretty sweet.
