volume knob and gain behind speaker is to adjust the gain of the speaker or what ever u plug in.? can u adjust the gain of the speaker like in car amplifiers.? to adjust the gain of speaker without guitars and stuff pluged in is it possible.?

@Rajdeep Sidhu all speakers that size and power is not portable, you can move him with you but 27kg is to much, i have this and pb 100, even PB 100 not portable, for portable need some smaller speaker.. also even my pB 100 always listen when plug in, sounds is so much better..

Too expensive for this quality and Bass of the Speaker. pure playfulness! Just buy a Big Subwoofer like for example Klipsch or another factory and then two speaker tower.. so simple and now you have a Big Sounding System for the half of the price Dude.

Floss Great, commentary I acquired two PartyBox 1000’s. They are everything you describe the bass will blow you away. I’ve got two JBL 4699 B Paid over 3k for them years ago. You have to turn the volume up to loud to deliver the kind of sound they are capable of producing. The PartyBox 1000,s deliver a rocking sound right out the gate. Really enjoy your videos and demonstrations. Thank you

Hell Yeah! I didn't really know what to make out at the beginning after tuning out for over a year for no particular reason. I am a long time subscriber and glad I tuned in for this review. You haven't changed much which is a good thing. I gotta say that having Mayweather back you at the end of this review was very impressive! Thanks for doing what you do! I don't know about Mayweather though! I'm more of a Canelo fan!

Maybe he does not need one...if it's loud enough then it's loud enough!..he goes for the quality of sound...a great speaker like the 710 has 800 watts of rms power..there for, it can move lots of air to get the low tones it can do...just like the soundboks..sure it louder..but it can not move the woofers like the 710 can so less bass...so you have higher decibels so for me soundboks is a bull horn in a box. Just because a speaker out does another speaker by decibels..thats not impressive as quality!!

Got it home hooked it up and played “every chance I get” by DJ Khaled and HOLY SHIT THE BASS rattled so much I had to reinforce a lot of things 😂. Jbl for life

Just got the Edifier Neobuds Pro. I’ve never heard sound like this in an earbud. Controls are annoying but the sound is insane. Would love to see you review them.

Love it. Ive been following any info on these speakers. When you mentioned 1000 still your fav though, making me reconsider. Is the 1000 still the beast of heast truly ? Does bass fade off at high levels like boombox 1. Does the 710 have the same effect.

Let's see what Robs Reviews and Demos has to say about this speaker! When he someday gets his hands on one, he will tell the whole truth! He tells pros and cons! He is very honest! Flossy only say pros (good side) about the speakers, which is not honesty at all! He doesn't tell the cons (bad side) at all! JBL starts losing bass past 50-60% volume! Go watch Robs Reviews and Demos then you'll know! Every JBL speaker Robs Reviews and Demos has tested, starts losing bass past 50-60% volume and that suck! This is why i am also done with JBL! I want bass at higher volumes and JBL can't deliver!

Great video, Flossy!! I just ordered a 710 a few days ago but I have a question for you or anyone else with JBL Partybox experience. I am thinking that if I am satisfied with the 710 to purchase a second one. I could then move my tower speaker system into the basement. However, with respect to the TWS, can the speakers be paired using the JBL app only? I want to place the speakers in separate corners of my family room, about 15 feet apart but if I have to manually hold the TWS button each time to sync, I may not go this route. And if not, any other work around with RCA's?Appreciate your response!!!

The 310 is the better speaker imo. Having a battery is a big move. And I dont think the 710 sounds that much louder than the 310. I have a 110 and I honestly love it. For more power I got my OK99 which is pretty decent for a medium/small party.👍

Shout out to flossy for always always always ALWAYS keeping it real with us! Energize.

Bass boosted 1 is only used for Hip hop/rap songs but the second bass boosted is for rock music and heavy metal etc

Hey Flossy how you doing I bought the speaker thanks to you but I have a question the bass boost button or the Bluetooth button they don’t lit up. They are completely off the only one that is on with a light is the power button. They still work because when I press bass boost the mo changes but I don’t see the light. Also happens with the karaoke lights they supposed to turn green but they are completely off help me please

What’s the name of the second song?

One fine evening my cousin got the JBL pb 310 and brought it to show us at our house, i was in awe as i had never experienced such clear and crisp loudness in my life except in those assembled china products which started distorting at higher volumes. My dad liked it so much that we got one of our pwn the very next day, the JBL pb 310...we heard pretty good music but there was a dissatisfaction on my father's face, when i asked him he said that it was not loud enough and bass was not that powerful (even on charging, i.e a full 240RMS) and in showroom he saw the 710 besides the 310...i guess his mind was stuck there I resonated a bit with him on that point...so we started narrowing down the pros and cons of 310 vs 710 and concluded to choose btwn either we want portability (as of battery in 310) or extra performance (bass)...money too was a point to consider but dad told that if we buy something like this we ought to keep it for atleast 7-8 years and thus that extra premium of 20k becomes a moot point Now coming to 310's battery associated portability feature...any battery in the world is going to deteriorate at a point in time and afterwards we have to use the device on constant power supply only...so why not do it from the start!! And also we werent't going to move the speaker around much plus my father has 2 sons who can carry him as well as the speaker anywhere he wants 😅😊 So finally we returned the 310 the very next day and brought in the 710...rest is history 🔥🔥

@@chatoriveras63 They're great for big parties, indoor or outdoor. I still haven't turned them up too 100 percent. The only downside is that it's not portable. I had to use a portable generator for a outdoor family event.

Flossy - I have been a JBL fan for years. My friends and family always know I like to bring the music to the party. Currently use the original JBL Boombox. I love the RGB of 710’s. I been thinking of stepping it up. Would your recommend 2 partybox 710’s or 2 partybox 310’s? Is there a big difference, I understand these are two completely different speakers. Thanks!

Your mic picks up the bass really good, I watched this video with over the ear headphones on and I could hear and feel that bass, and I could hear the change in the bass boost.

I just picked this speaker up and i live in a 4 story apartment building on the 2nd floor. I pretty much have to keep the volume below 35% or i feel i may get some pissed off neighbors knocking, i ordered this thing while i was drunk but i guess i will eventually own a house and this will be more useful 😂 Bad ass speaker tho, sounds clear and has some kick ass bass
