Is there a way to connect this party box 100 speaker to JBL charger 3? I have tried but I am unable.

You'd be better getting an audio interface and controlling mic through that. I use my pb100 with a ddj 400 n use mic with that, use audio to 3mm jack cable and you're good to go. A mixer would work same, I'm not sure if it would need to be pre-amped though.
