i think the big Partyboxes like the 710 and the 1000 probably give more bass than the soundbar subs and are better overall for music

Definately partybox if you want to feel the thump on your chest, it really touches you. While soundbar is for deeper and it's not that balanced. I use partybox 310 and charge 5 club them together with my Samsung ultra with Dolby Atmos and they become an amazing thundering rumble wall shaking pleasure! And I also felt that if you want to hear not too loud but you want to feel it in a small room try Harman Kardon 3 or 4, I felt it's balanced, but what JBL has done with its party box it's way ahead of its time and they left their own line of products behind!

Hello jbl 9.1 woofer gives very deep bass compared to pb710 because jbl 9.1 drivers are not made for outdoor but pb710 made for outdoor. For example comparing onyx studio 6 vs jbl Xtreme 2.

they sound very similar in terms of bass though pb 710 has 2x8inch sub and bar has single 10inch sub

@@miksumasterjbl8899 yes woofers usaully have more efficiency so they are louder on the same wattage, and two 8 inch subwoofers adds up to more surface area than a 10 inch, plus look at the size difference of the box, bigger box = louder bass... I have the jbl subwoofer and it is a very stiff , very hard rubber and suspension, so you need more power just to get it moving... if the soundbar subwoofer was a little bit softer it would make more bass as it would allow the speaker to move more air on mid bass frequencies... and the lows would be even more explosive... but maybe less accurate... and the soundbar subwoofer is facing down, speakers facing down have less mid bass, I have done this tests with more than one speaker, front firing subwoofers feel more punchy...

JBL soundbar 9.1 is deep bass sound quality is very good 🥰👌

I have not tested connecting Subwoofers on this party speakers.. but i have seen some who does using the line out.. this 710 has already an incredible bass sound.. adding a low freqency channel might result to unbalanced overall soumd

Please next time compare the old 5.1 to the partybox 710

Pb catches every details including highs but 9.1 ends some or suppress them

Can you feel the bass on outdoor on 710?

710 has deep bass the whole place feels. Difficult for a mic to capture this feeling.

In order to really hear the difference you need a binural microphone

Hi max! I honestly have never seen the Mackie Thump 15BST.. but from the looks of it, the driver size and 1,300w??? What?? Its must be ground shaking. More powerful than PB710. However, there are some brands which are imprecise on their output power. We'll have to see and test ot actual

they look like very different speakers, the Thump is a PA speaker, and probably focuses more on overall volume and punchy bass, while the 710 has a more ''hi-fi'' tuning with some bass response down to 35Hz and probably is overall a lot smoother sounding but has less volume... depends what you want

Off topic but wanted to know your opinion. I dont have room for 710 but i do have room for 2 party box 110's. I want to use it for my basement gym for music BUT ALSO movies... Should i just get the 9.1 or is 2 110's more optimal for music and okay for movies?

Depends on where do u want to use it more? If u r saying you like music listening, and movies.. the BAR 9.1 is a better choice. The Bar 9.1 sounds really good for movies and can give you 3dimensional experience of surround sound.. which u won't get to a partybox. And at the same time.. it sounds really good for music too. Partybox box's are mostly for Karaoke, Party and outdoor fun.

Yes is not good to put the sub like that put the sub to the corner you Will see wich has the more low base and the over all 710 is onli for music but ar 9.1 can play all Digital formát and stereo

Might be possible using 3.5mm aux jack to optical cable. Daisy chain out from PB710 to optical in to Bar 9.1. Possible but never tried

Compared to PB710, the BAR 9.1's subwoofer hits deeper bass.

Does 710 have bass you can feel? Used to have a suburban with 2 15s in the back and I miss the feeling of the bass

It will shake you to your core! This was made for mainly outdoor use and big open areas, so imagine how good in the house :). Definitely overkill for most people (of course not all!).

@@CautionBlue420 - Are you talking about the Onyx Studio 7? if so, there is a video by a KZreadr named 'DLX Willington' on KZread comparing the 710 and that one. Always make sure you are wearing good headphones when watching the reviews because you won't be able to tell much on a mobile device. Also, the 710 is a HUGE speaker, so that may or may not affect your decision if you want to carry something around easily and if you need a battery might want to check around for more options as the 710 is AC power only.. A speaker that doesn't need a subwoofer will always have a better sound quality. Better mids and lows.

Yes! In fact you can pair any TWS enabled JBL partybox speaker to the 710. You can also do it wired connection

The partybox sounds better in muaic audio.. when we play movie track the 9.1 Will eat the partybox 710

JBL 9.1 is a Dominant Dolby Atmos soundbar And subwoofer bass extremely powerful. And this partybox is no match for this soundbar.

Partybox 710 is a decent choice. Powerful more balanced highs & lows and easier to carry around compared to PB1000

the soundbar is more for movies and indoor use, while Partybox is for music and outdoor use, so, they have different primary purposes, and can't really compare them. Just compare similar item, not like this.

Fake sound, there no sound of any of the sound system .
