Thanks for the review. Pure content and absolutely no nonsense. Straight to point video. The trend obviously is Sonos arc + sub+one . And HK currently has multibeam 1100. And we can add HK citation surround speakers + HK citation sub. A review comparing above would really be awesome… 👏👏👍

I tried a song on both at Dubai mall! The Harman Kardon stood tall! Sound quality and details. With enchant 200 sub-woofer you’ll enjoy a great sound from it. Better than the JBL. Then when it comes to ergonomics, Harman Kardon is on top. Not doubt it’ll last longer than the jbl. Price wise, the jbl is cheap, that’s my only take on it.

I thought the Harman Kardon citation 700 couldn’t be linked/paired with the enchanted sub¿? I was told it could only be linked to the Citation Sub S¿?

I got this approx $600#/ @ Sam's Club about 4 yrs ago. Still sounds awesome, especially watching I John Wick movies. Trick is to put sub behind couch with the relief port in the corner at 45° angle can't,...prepare to be blown away by the sound as your dogs vibrates with the action & sound scenes. Aircraft overhead scenes put the jet directly in your living room ,Loud!

You try pair it together as can keep more channel Atmos experience.

Impressive sounds…very nice! I preferred to choice the jbl in terms of cinematic sounds, but in terms of voice clarity i choice harmancardon.

Yes , commonly, jbl is used for cinema hall, which is their priority .

I have the bar 500 and find it to be too bass heavy at lower volumes which is annoying at nightime when everyone is in bed. The jbl seems to be very limited for features and customisation over sound preference. I can't even say the fact the JBL having an app is an advantage as you can't really control any settings via the app or do anything. My old lg soundbar app was far better. Its a shame as this soundbar sounds great for the money. I'm considering the Harmon soundbar instead dues to the heavy bass issue and app being no advantage. Also considering the bose 700 but it's out dated on features. I can't have anything higher then 65mm as it will be in a media wall, yes I know I'll loose the upwards firing drives. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

yeah i mean its not fair the JBL sub is 10 inch and the Sub S is 6.5 inch or maybe 6 i forgot in any case bass will allways sound better on 10 inch rather than smaller 6.5 inch

Harman kardon Sub S vs bose bassmodule 500 please

I have both. Power is almost tesame. The bose bassmodule has a warmer sound then the sub S. Sub S is also a good performer. I believe that the bose go a litle bit lower then the sub S. I like the sound in combo with my multibeam 700 on my bedroom. In my livingroom i have the bose soundbar 900 with the bose bassmodule 500. Sub s is cheaper then the 500 module.

The Jbl sounds way better both in vocals and in bass

The bass in the jbl too smooth the harman sounds great too

What the 1st movie?..the voice sounds like from saw movie

I believe that the sound of any JBL is absolutely muffled, extremely difficult to understand what people are saying in movies and videos, honestly it has no comparison with the clarity of the treble and midrange of the Harman Kardon
