I am 55. I am a life coach and a teacher. I have no relative in the world. My family made me walked out due to their toxicity. This includes my wife, two teen kids, my sister and mother. Sometimes the toxic relations deteriorate our health. Despite being communicated our problems with family , sometimes no one is able to understand and continuing living in such environment effect life adversely as well as deteriorate health. So one should think about and take action according to one’s circumstances otherwise nothing changes by itself.

Can't thank you enough brothers. Seriously heartly pray may Àllah bless you always always ✨💯 you spoke about the topic that is considered even wrong to about it in our society. Even almost in every family we have anyone who is suffering but still people compell others to think that these insult are normal things and you are supposed to live with them if you really wanna live in family. Idk why we have normalise such wrong things rules in our family n society system. But really appreciate your advices are Pearls. N i hope it would really show the way to many people out of tough times.

It’s very heart wrenching when your own family, siblings belittle you, make you suffer with their own insecurities, negative projections of their own selves. Yes, there shouldn’t be any compromise on self respect even if the dirt is coming from your loved ones. Just one firm first step determines the the path , journey ahead. May Allah guides us and help us on this path of self development and righteousness , Ameen.

Brother I do listen n follow your videos, but this video sounds bit misleading with half ideas explained.. today’s youth is already so lazy due to extra screen use ,they need to be active n improve themselves rather than saying bye bye to families n not taking any suggestion..
